Zeh's Dinner date with Banni

Zeh came to get Banni that evening after work, Zeh insisted on a dinner date and Banni obliged.

"What would you love to have?" He asked as they got seat in the inn.

Banni sat quietly and then looked around to admire the decorations in the inn.

"Emmm, ask them what they have." She replied.

"Menu!!!" He requested.

The waiter handed the menu over to Zeh.

"Would you love to have beer?" He asked.

"That's not a bad idea tho." She replied. "But I need food..." She added.

Zeh smiled at her. "You will have what ever it is you want." He replied.

"I want rice then, with chicken lap." She said smiling like she was blushing. "Hope it's on the menu?" She asked to confirm.

"Yeah, it is" Zeh replied.

"Then with beer" she concluded.

Zeh just admired her as he sat opposite her and made the order. Yeah, she is pretty. The ate quietly before they got talking. Banni isn't a fan of alcohol, she gets drunk with just taking half the bottle.

"How do you see living with us, I mean, the Peters?" He broke the silence as he asked that.

"Dramatic" she replied flatly.

"How do you mean?" He asked.

"I mean, there's too many drama in one house."

"Like?"

"You might not think it's full of drama, but that's the way I see it." She said.

"Won't you like to share why you think so?" He asked.

"Kalz is full of drama, today he acts so much in love with Zarah, tomorrow he will shamelessly cheat on her, well that's non of my business. I just think they're dramatic." She replied.

"Oh that."

"Yeah, that."

"So my house is a movie show." He said.

"That's not it." She said.

"I'm just pulling your legs" he replied.

They were both quite for a moment before Zeh started talking again.

"Ever being in a relationship?" He asked.

"Yeah." She replied.

"Where is he?"

"I don't know, we separated." She replied.

"Why?" He asked.

"After high school, he travelled out without informing me, I got wind of the news from his friends, so...."

She looked moody as she explained that, Zeh could even see it boldly written on her face.

"I'm sorry about that" he said.

"Why, that's not your fault, I'm good, not to worry." Banni replied.

"Are you sleepy?" He asked cause she almost dozed off.

"Am I ?" She asked.

"Seems you're drunk already." He said.

"Maybe, I just want to go home and sleep." She said as she tried standing up but staggered. Zeh helped her up and then they gently walked to the car.

"How could she get drunk with that little amount?" He thought.

He drove her home and helped her get into her room. He laid her down and covered her with blanket. He was almost leaving but then came back to make sure she was okay. He knelt beside her bed and gazed at her face. She looked radiant. Her lips was inviting, he didn't think it twice to kiss her. He leaned closer to her and kissed her lips. He raised his head to take a clearer look at her face. "She's beautiful" he murmured as he admired her closely. He arranged the blanket on her and left quietly.

After Kalz and Zarah was done seeing a movie, he dropped her off at her parents place since her mother called in and reported her father was ill.

"When are you going to come back?" Kalz asked.

"I don't know yet, I only hope Dad gets better soon enough.

"Yeah, that's true, I pray so too." He said.

"I'm gonna miss you" he said as he leaned closer.

"I'll miss you more." She replied as she started to kiss him. After a moment, they let them selves go.

"I'll give you a call." He Said.

"Alright then, be good."

"Bye" "Bye" they both said and she left.
