Chapter 59: You are Second Hokage’s biggest failure!

"YOU!" Hiruzen looked at them fiercely, as if he was forcing everyone to ask him, he was so angry that he became muddle-headed. His temples throbbed and his veins bulged.

With no way for all of them to escape, Tobirama volunteered to act as a decoy in place of Hiruzen who at that time volunteered which made Tobirama choose him as he passed his test. As he departed, he passed the title of Hokage to Hiruzen, before being killed by Kinkaku.

Years ago, before the First Shinobi World War, the Gold and Silver Brothers made names for themselves in their attempt to capture the Nine-Tailed Fox for their village. They were instead swallowed whole by the beast. The brothers survived inside Kurama for two weeks by eating the beast's flesh; this would eventually lead to the fox regurgitating them. This left them with unusually large chakra-reserves and abilities similar to those of a jinchūriki and with their  relation to the Sage of Six Paths they managed to match the two hokages.

With their new-found powers, the brothers assaulted the Second Raikage, during his peace pact with the Second Hokage Tobirama Senju, to stage a coup d'etat. Managing to bring the Second Hokage to the verge of death.

"At the beginning, the Second Hokage was also a Hokage, but he could not care about his position as a shadow, and stayed behind for his disciples."

"But you Sarutobi Hiruzen, what did you do for Hokage's seat? You arranged a trap to defeat and kill the prestige of Konoha's White Fang!" Nàiluò said sarcastically.
