"As the new owner of LCDC, I am glad to make it part of The Excellent Company," he began his speech, "I want to ensure that LCDC would be more than what it was under my management."
"Is Ms. Zhang still the CEO?" an employee asked.
"Ms. Zhang Wang Xiu is taking care of her health and our baby. Temporarily, Mr. Long Li Jun will be taking the seat as CEO of Long Construction," he explained.
The female employees in the room cheered and clapped their hands as Long Li Jun raised his hand high to present himself standing in the middle of the crowd. Staring at the actor, he forced himself to flash a wide smile. Yet deep inside him, he wanted to kick the man out of the room.
An hour ago, the actor was whining to him about becoming CEO.
"I don't want to be the CEO if you're the owner," Li Jun declined, hovering over the table.
