Basil Jaak went over and greeted Connor, and the two quickly got to the point.
"Sampson, did you bring the money?" Connor asked Basil Jaak.
Basil Jaak opened the suitcase he was carrying, and it was filled with the shiny red faces of old men, which felt particularly glaring under the dim light.
"There's a total of five hundred thousand here, Connor. You can have someone count it," Basil Jaak said to Connor, thinking to himself that after you take five hundred thousand, I'll definitely make you spit it out with interest.
Connor looked at the case full of money, and his eyes lit up. He waved his hand and let his men take the money, then looked up and said to Basil Jaak, "Brother, can I not trust you? Come on, let's go in and check out the goods."
Basil Jaak smiled and said, "Sure!"
