Secret of the hidden stones

The girl grabs Julian's hand and smiles while leaning closer to him "Julian, the darkness…" Julian looks at her with a pitiful look "I know Sister Mari, also I heard that you wanted to meet me?" Mari gives a slight nod "yes, I wanted you to know…things are moving fast…the darkness has already surrounded the kingdom" Julian gives the Sister a serious look and looks away from her "I see, we will be heading out tomorrow morning and we won't be delaying this matter anymore" Mari smiles in relief "that's a good news" she looks at another sister that entered the room with a tray. She stands next to Mari and bows her head. Mari smiles and grabs the cloth that was laying on the golden tray as she gives it to Julian "here, I use a protection spell on this cloak this will protect you" Julian grabs the dark red cloak and smiles gently "thank you, Sister Mari I'm forever grateful" Mari bows down "it's my duty to protect our king" they both bows down "I shall take my leave" Sister Mari smiles gently "please be safe" Julian nods "I will" me and Julian left the church afterward.

We finally reach the carriage as I got in and looks at Julian when he was about to get in, the priest stands near the carriage and smiles "be safe young king of Xaya" Julian nods and sits down as the coach closes the carriage door and gets in front of the carriage and grabs the horse straps and orders the horse to go.

I puff my cheeks and look at Julian when he was looking at the cloak that the female gave him "hey…" Amber mutters softly. Julian narrows his eyes at her "what…?" Amber looks down and starts to play with her fingers "Sister Mari or…Whatever her name is, what does she mean by darkness?" Julian starts to give Amber a poker face "well, it means that the darkness is already here in Xaya, I will explain it more when we're inside the palace" Amber huffs and looks away and crosses her arms "well, what's the difference if you explain it here or in the palace?" Julian face-palms and let out a deep breath "how are you so annoying?" she sticks her tongue out "well, I may be annoying but you did ask me to marry you" Julian rolls his eyes "well what else can I expect from a commoner…" until they reach the kingdom walls both of them decide to stay quite.

They finally made their way to the palace. The coachman opens the door as they get out. General Adrian was standing near the entrance walks up to Julian as he kneels in front of Julian "your majesty, the matters are getting worst" Julian puts his arms behind his back "stand" the general stands and bows his head "arrange a meeting in my study limitedly" he bows his head "rouge" he ordered the guards to gather around as Julian walks inside the palace. Amber follows him from behind still can't figure out what's happening.

After a few minutes everyone gathers inside the study, I stood next to Julian as Bruno stood on the right. Julian locks his fingers together "I'm going out of Xaya" Remi startles and steps forward "what? Julian the kingdom is about to get destroyed, you can't just leave like that!" both Bruno and Amber look at Julian in shock. Adrian walks next to Remi "I agree with lord Remi, you can't just walk away" Julian stands up slamming his palms onto the desk "I wasn't done talking!" everyone startled as Remi and Adrian bows down and step back. Julian pulls the lower drawer and grabs a scroll and opens it and spread it on his desk "if we want to save Xaya we have only one choice and that's to collect the secret stones" Amber looks at Julian and place a tip of her finger near her chin "stones?"

Julian narrows his eyes at Amber "hm, let me explain" he let out a deep breath and starts to explain while reading the book that's given by the priest,

"There are seven stones hidden in the seven kingdom's shrines, These're the names of the stones, stone of salvo, the stone of aqua, stone of creation, the stone of wind, stone of murk and the stone of phantom and these stones are the ones that provide the power to the Kingdoms and these are the same powers that are been drain by the darkness and slowly killing the kingdoms from within"

Emma folds her arms and closes her eyes "hm? What about the kingdom Lidedour?" Julian starts to flip the pages "information about the Lidedour kingdom has been removed…so I can't tell you exactly what we're looking for in that kingdom" Remi looks at Emma "wasn't that the kingdom that turned into ruins like 20 or more years ago?" Emma looks at Remi "yes, that's the kingdom" priest enters the room, and everyone's attention went to him as they quickly bow down "father Lucian" he walks past them and stands in front of Julian. Julian looks at him and looks stunned "father what you are doing here? Did you forget to tell me something?" Julian asks confusingly.

The male shakes his head "of cause not it seems like you already explain to them about the current problems and the stones? also, I came here to help you with your first task" Julian looks at the priest and nods his head "yes, I did explain it to them..." Llyod suddenly jumps into Julian's and father Lucian's convention by walks next to Lucian "lord, what do you mean by the first task?" the priest points his finger at the map, showing them the kingdom Xaya "his first task is to meet the great dragonia and clam the stone of salvo" Julian looks at the map and gets a bit nervous "got it" he tries to keep his words straight on without startling. Father Lucian puts a box on top of the table "here, I almost forgot, to hand you this" Julian opens the box and there was a belt with pouches attached to it.

He removes one pouch off the belt and grabs a small gem box out of the pouch. He looks at it then at father Lucian "what are these?" Lucian grabs the gem box that Julian was holding and opens it and shows the inside to Julian "these are made to hold the stones and protect them from evil" he places the box down. Julian bows his head "thank you for the gift, father" Adrian come forward "your majesty, please give me permission to find those stones" Julian looks at Adrian "no, I will be the one that will be going as I said before I'm the one leaving the kingdom" Adrian clenches his fist "but your majesty we need you here!" Julian looks at them with a blank expression "I'll be putting Remi and Lloyd in charge also I'm going alone" Amber smirks "well, at least I'm going to have few days free from Julian's yelling" Julian looks at Amber and lifts his right eyebrow "fine, you're coming with me then" Amber yelps in shock "whoa! Hold it there, I am not going with you I'm not risking my life and get myself killed by some beast!" she folds her arms and shrugs her shoulders while looking away "Hmph!" Bruno looks at Julian with his innocent sweet smile "if Miss Amber is coming with you…I don't mind tagging along" Julian looks at Bruno and then at Amber.

She huffs and slightly blushes "f-fine whatever!" she said proudly with her stuttering words. Julian looks at everyone "that's settles it, Amber, Bruno and I shall leave after we clam the Solve stone" everyone looks upset and disappointed "with everyone's help we can stop this rising darkness" everyone looks at Julian and smiles and salutes as they all start to Yell "Roger!" Julian walks past them with a smile "let's save the falling Kingdoms"
