GALA (1): INVITATION

The following morning

Helena wakes up early and freshens up.

She wears a white tank top and a black baggy shorts. She puts on her headphones and places her phone in her pocket.

Helena decided to explore the Astrovana house.

She started with the down floor. There was a gym room, library, An indoor cinema, there was even a room with so many musical instruments, there was a study room, a room with spare mattresses and clothes.

Upstairs, there were up to 20 rooms.

Helena got tired and decided to head back to her room. She walked for a while before realising that she didn't know where exactly her room was as the doors and rooms had similar designs. She opened the rooms one by one and she finds herself in a huge room. it looked like the master bedroom. She immediately left in a hurry as she opens the door she sees Aiden coming out of the room opposite her. ' what are you doing here Miss Homerna ' he asked coldly

' I can't find my room ' Helena says ' it's the...'

' Thank you but I don't need your help ' Helena says and walks away with her hands in her pocket. Aiden notices a silver glint around wrist.

Did Miss Homerna steal something from his parents room?He should ask. No he had to be sure. He watched her open several doors before she finally found hers. This lady could not be trusted.

Breakfast table,

The Astrovana siblings sat down to eat. Bianca notice that Helena is not there. 'Where is Helena?' Bianca asks a maid ' She went out a while ago. She said we shouldn't make breakfast for her. That she won't be back soon' the maid replied.

' What a blessing! Miss Homerna isn't here' Aiden says. ' Don't you think something is wrong?? As far as I know Helena is a big foodie. How come she missed breakfast.' Adam says. ' I was thinking the same thing ' Bianca replies. ' I have had enough of Helena. Can we have our breakfast in peace??' Aiden says in a peevish tone. ' I can't peacefully eat when I don't know what is going on with Helena . I am going to look for her' Bianca says as she stands up. ' I am coming with you' Adam replies. They both leave the dining room. Aiden shakes his head and continued eating.

Helena had gone out to eat as she didn't want see the Astrovana twins. As she entered the estate, she sees a car enter behind her. The passenger stepped down it was a man with black hair and grey eyes. He walked towards her and asks ' Who are you??' ' I am Helena Homerna. You are???' Helena says with a smile

' I am Jack Wilson. What are you doing here?? ' He asked. Jack had noticed Helena enter the Astrovana estate. She didn't look like a maid so his curiosity was piqued. ' I am a family friend relative. I am here on holiday. How about you?? ' Helena replies. ' I am here to see Bianca. I am her boyfriend .' he says. The duo heads in and they meet Bianca and Adam coming out.

' Where are you two going to??' Jack ask.

'Hi Jack. we were about to look for Helena ' Bianca replies. ' Why were you looking for me??' Helena asks. ' Where did you go to so early?? We were worried about you' Adam says.

' I went out for breakfast ' Helena replies

' Why??' Bianca ask. ' I wasn't in the mood to cross path with the Astrovana twins.' Helena replies bluntly. ' How could you be so unreasonable?? what if you got lost??' Adam asks. ' I do not need Mr Astrovana's concern.' Helena says as she enters. She sees Aiden delicately wiping his mouth with a napkin. Jack senses the tensed atmosphere and says ' I came to invite you all to a Gala in three days. it will take place at hexley hotel. Aiden, Adam, Bianca, Helena. I would love to see you all.' He then kissed Bianca and took his leave.

Helena decided to go shopping, she goes to her room to change her clothes.

She returns a while later dressed in a blue crop top and red high waist jeans. Her black hair was packed into a high ponytail allowing her delicate face to be more noticeable. Her deep blue eyes sparkled in an inexplicable vigour. Her eyelashes were long and accentuated her big eyes, her nose was pointed and straight. Gloss was applied to her full pink lips. She held a small blue purse and climbed down the stairs.

Adam looked at Helena dumbstrucked. He had never seen her look so feminine before. She was really beautiful.

On the other hand, Aiden's throat bobbed as he narrowed his eyes at Helena. She looked warm and refreshing.

Bianca broke the silence by exclaiming ' O.M.G Helena you look gorgeous. Were are you heading to??'. ' I am going shopping '
