Leo was in a good mood. He didn't expect Veldora's blessing to be this good that he would be able to use [Storm Magic], the True Dragon Magic of Veldora, which was overpowered; Black Flame, Black Lightning, Death-Heralding wind, each of them was capable of one-shotting power individuals.
Though it was difficult to cast these magics due to him not being a True Dragon or containing Veldora's factor, he was sure he could grasp it after continuous training.
Since it took quite a lot of time with Veldora and he didn't want to make Shizu wait for long he decided to create Wood Clones and sent them in different directions to 'explore' or to be more specific find the Ogre, Orcs, and Kumara's territory's if his memory served correct more than a decade before Rimuru's arrival Eastern Empire attacked Kumara's kingdom/village and killed all of them except her who was sold to Clayman.
He prayed they were still alive so that he could get some powerful subordinates; the same was the case for Ogres and Orcs, though he feared changing the canon. If he interfered with the Orcs, he would be a fool if he didn't try to get free labor.
"No wonder those fanfiction writers were obsessed with Shadow Clone Jutsu, Tobirama Senju you deserved being the avatar him." Leo prays for the soul.
"Wood Clones are still better," He says with pride, "but thought acceleration is the best ability," it was the only reason, apart from his very high regeneration, that he has not gone full-time retard with the overload of information.
He then sends the clones in different directions, teleports himself to the village near Blumund, and flies from there.

Hinata was a fast learner; I didn't have to worry about her future. She could handle anything the world threw at her, but she was stubborn—too stubborn at times. That said, she was a genius. If she stayed on the right path and didn't meet an untimely end, she could become one of humanity's greatest heroes.
"Shizu-sensei, could you tell me more about the church?" Hinata asked after finishing a book on the general knowledge of the Magic Continent's nations, the book special even those without any knowledge of language could understand it.
"The Western Holy Church is the central authority of the most widespread religion in the Western Nations: the Luminous Faith. The Holy Empire of Lubelius is its Holy Land, the theocratic headquarters," I explained, watching her closely. "The Church wields considerable influence. They send out troops to exterminate rampaging monsters in regions where local rulers either lack the resources or the interest to deal with them. In places where there's no standing army, they step in to maintain peace."
Hinata listened intently, her eyes bright with interest. "Are you considering joining the Church?" I asked with a smile. With her abilities, she could rise quickly through the ranks, though I warned her to be careful. Corruption was everywhere, even in places that seemed to stand for justice.
Hinata nodded with determination. "I believe the Church aligns with my ideals. After hearing about the nobles and adventurers, it seems like a place where I would like to go."
Her mindset was good. I will speak to Heinz about it, and with the speed she was absorbing everything I taught her, it would not take long for her to learn everything she needed.
My thoughts drifted to Leo, my other 'student'. He hadn't arrived yet, but I wasn't worried. His strength meant there was little to fear. "He'll be fine," I muttered to myself. She didn't entertain the thought he was lost in the forest. According to him, his Unique skill made it impossible for him to lose himself in the forest.
Then, as if on cue, I felt a powerful aura approaching. It could only be Leo. I pinched the bridge of my nose, bracing myself. "Well, this is going to cause a stir."
Heading toward Heinz's office, I knew he'd already sensed the aura too.
When I entered, Heinz let out a long sigh of relief. "Thank the Goddess you're here, Shizu. I take it this is about the aura we're feeling?"
I nodded. "It's Leo—another Otherworlder I mentioned before."
Heinz relaxed but quickly became serious"Are you sure he is an Otherworlder?" His tone was a bit doubtful, I could understand his worry nations like Blumund didn't have any powerful force to rely on after all other than me.
"He might seem suspicious, but he is not a bad person, and I believe he is an Otherworlder. His strength is contributed to his previous world, which is similar to ours." Heinz nodded, but he was curious about Leo's previous world. Most of the Otherworlders belong to the normal world, after all.
"Also Hinata wants to join the Church." She adds.
"It will be good for her growth, and humanity will also gain another hero if what you say about her potential is true, Shizu," Heinz said thoughtfully, then sighed "Thank God I didn't tell about her king. It would be a pain in the ass to deal with the mess, later."
Shizu gave him a thankful look; she knew that the Kingdom of Blumund desperately needed someone strong to protect them from monsters and Eastern nations; they couldn't always rely on adventurers, there were very rare cases in which someone like her would emerge from them and help the kingdom.
Heinz gave her a look, and she understood. "I will try so that Leo has a favorable impression and will help in time of need; you can rest assured he is not a bad guy." She says that she feels that Blumund would not need help any time soon, even though her strength is weakening.
She went out with her mask on, Heinz also informed his men to calm people down.

"Yo, Sensei." Leo greeted her with a cheeky smile; there was some weird feeling about his presence every time she was near him, and it was weird how no one panicked, given his aura.
(She is talking about his Divine Presence)
"What were doing?" Shizu asked in a no-nonsense tone and Leo started explaining -
"You know there is a big cave where a large amount of aura is concentrated?" She nodded; there was where her teacher/friend, Chronoa, sealed the evil dragoness Veldora, defeating a true dragon, "so I went inside it heard that there was a true dragon sealed there pretty cliche of you to ask me" She didn't know what he meant by that but her eyes widened in surprise that he didn't kill himself with the magicules there and he went there to see a dragon as if it is a sightseeing place "before you ask me why went there, I wanted to see what was the difference between the dragons of this world and my world." He concluded.
"So you almost killed yourself to see the difference between dragons between both worlds?" Curious she was about this little escapade of Leo, he needed to learn why true dragons are catastrophe-level threats.
In the next few hours, she lectured him about threats in this world that could end his life before he could blink.
"Yeah, yeah, Shizu-sensei, I will be careful not to go around a true dragon or a 'demon lord' without informing you." Leo was intentionally doing it, but she believed he wasn't as reckless as he pretended to be.
"So, how are you still alive?" Shizu finally let's curiosity get the better of her.
"Hmm, Veldora was sleeping when I went inside, so..."
"Oh, that is why I am not on a quest to retrieve your remains." She sarcastically comments; Leo gives her a deadpan look before scoffing, "It would take more than that to kill me."
It was good to see how they were talking like old friends despite only a few hours of their meeting.

Shizu is very different from the anime, probably because she, has yet to become a teacher and is not losing hope; she doesn't look like someone who hated this world to the extent that she didn't even want to leave her body there.
She took me to Heinz, the current Guildmaster of Blumund. He seemed much younger than anime, which is given, considering there was more than a decade before the canon began.
"So, you are Shizu's student?" He asked the obvious, scrutinizing me from head to toe.
"You can say something like that," I replied vaguely.
I could hear Shizu giggling even Heinz's eyes twitched at that, Shizu was giving him an 'I told you so' look before he started asking me about my previous world, the clash continent like I told Shizu and Hinata, and after that, they took me to the resting quarters, near Shizu's and Hinata's.
"We will depart for Englassia tomorrow; the council of the west has decided to make a place where Otherworlders can learn about our world and can find various opportunities like becoming a court mage, knight, and even joining the church." She informed me, and I nodded, already expecting it.
Yuuki should be planning to move to the West in hopes of establishing connections and allies, as much as I know he and Hinata were students of Shizu at the same time and knew each meaning, I will encounter him soon enough.
Though I would meet Yuuki earlier than expected. I don't need to be afraid of him, but caution is necessary.
Kagali must be still inside him, so I need to be extra careful of him/her.
Later Shizu told us about various things we need to be careful of in Englassia, Heinz with his connections prepared IDs for us both.
(Next Day)
We all decided to fly to Englassia Hinata already learned [Gravity Flight] with her [Usurper] skill and with her [Mathematician] she was able to use it perfectly.
Soon we reached Englassia.
The Kingdom of Englassia is the most advanced human nation and is located west of the Jura Forest.
Thanks to its convenient location and safety, it became the transport, economic, and political hub of the Western nations. Many important facilities are stationed here, including the Council of the West, the Mutual Association Guild's headquarters, and the operational center of the Western Holy Church.
The lines were very long to enter there and it would have taken us hours if not for Shizu's identity and the letter from Heinz, while Blumund was a small kingdom they certainly had good connections, Heinz's friend who is a high-ranking figure has made it even easier.
Shizu had her mask on so people were staring at us in awe, I guess Shizu is quite famous.
"That is Conqueror of Flames/Hero" and whatnot.
And not to brag ,but I am quite handsome ,too ,even if I am hiding my charm.
I looked smugly at Hinata who glared at me.
Soon, we arrived at a grand mansion, and it became clear that Heinz's friend must be a noble. The knight at the entrance recognized Shizu right away.
"Conqueror of Flames, Lady Shizu," he said with a respectful bow. "Lord Garp is expecting you."
Shizu acknowledged him with a nod and stepped inside. We followed closely behind, taking in the grandeur of the mansion, a fitting residence for a noble of the Kingdom of Englassia.
The halls were adorned with fine tapestries, elegant chandeliers hung from the ceiling, and every detail exuded an air of wealth and prestige. This was indeed a place where only the elite of Englassia would reside.
Soon we were greeted by a large man, by large I mean around 3 meters I think I heard about him somewhere but I don't know where, and he looked quite powerful for a noble around B+ probably.
"Shizu long time no see, finally you have some time to see this old man." Garp greeted Shizu while wiping a comical tear from his eyes, Shizu removed her mask "Long time no see Garp-san." She greeted back with a smile.
Then Garp looked at me and Hinata "So these are one of those unlucky lads, it is good that you have taken Heinz's suggestion to quit adventuring and become a mentor."
Shizu gave a nod of acknowledgment, and they started talking about their recent days like old friends; I still can't remember where I have seen him, but I don't remember any mention of him, but maybe it is some butterfly effect.
I learned that Garp was of noble blood but decided to become an adventurer because he liked adventures, and that is how he met Heinz and Shizu; he is quite powerful in both political and physical terms.
He was also the one who proposed the idea of the academy, and surprisingly, it was implemented. I guess nations wanted to get rid of 'weak' Otherworlders, and this way, they could also keep an eye on them.
I don't believe they will let any powerful Otherworlder get out of their grasp and would only allow useless ones to go to the academy, like children who don't have any unique skill and will die in a few years.
Garp asked us to rest in his mansion for a few days, but Shizu politely declined as we had to go to the capital earlier than expected due to another Otherworlder, probably Yuuki.
'Let's see the man with plot armor thicker than the protagonist of the series.' I chuckled making Shizu and Hinata look weirdly at me.
~~~~~
Garp is not any major character here so no worries.
Academy arc I am thinking about it but if it will be there than it won't be longer than few a chapters.
Freedom Academy was established by Yuuki but this adademy is predecessor of it with inhabitants of Tensura world.
And probably I will upload after December due to Exams sorry for that.
