YOUNG GUARDIAN

In a secret location there was a house made of bamboo. The house was surrounded by bamboo trees and other ancient trees making the environment tranquil. Inside the house was six men seated with a cup of tea in their hands. Two men were more that seventy years and one was more than eighty years. There was a man who seemed to the focus of everyone's attention. That man was the one whose appearance always made Mo crazy. "Old man Feng, this is not like you. I have never seen you interested in anyone. What exactly did that young lad do to make you be interested with him that you brought him to the military academy?" One man asked. Feng was the name of the old man who arranged Mo to be taken to the military academy.

"He is a genius. One in a million .I must recruit him. He must join the country no matter what .If we really let go of such talent the country will really regret it," old man Feng said. "What position do you want to place him?" Another asked. "If it's possible I want to nurture him to become next guardian," Feng said seriously. "Next guardian!" The five them were really shocked as they all called in unison. They could not believe that this old man would be interested in the young man that he wanted to nurture him into guardianship. "Old man Feng, were you bewitched by that young lad that you can't see right from wrong? How can you decide to make him the guardian without considering it carefully?" One of the men in the room asked.

"I just have this feeling that if I let this chance go I will really regret," Feng said. "How is his strength?" "The old man who was nearing eighty years and grey hair suddenly asked. He had remained silent since he had only come for a drink invited by Feng. "Old Feng you clearly know the importance of strength in this world .If not for your strength those old things would have taken the country. What is the need of having great mind but no strength? Please reconsider." John said. The old man nearing eighty years was Paul, the other person who was above seventy years was John. The other two men who were in their sixties were Josh and Seth. The last of the five elders was the youngest and his name was Charles .Lastly there was Feng who was in early sixties.

"I don't think that he is that simple. Maybe the way he is able to learn things will be the same way he will be able to learn how to fight. Not knowing how to fight cannot make one be referred to as weak or an ordinary person. He might have never learnt how to fight but am interested to see how fast he will learn to fight. That's the reason I had him brought to this exam. At the academy, the competition was nearing. Three days to competition, all students could be seen in the training grounds. All of them were using the last minutes to improve their skills that would help them upgrade to the next levels. The student with the violet badge were nicknamed "kings. He was supposed to leave the school two month that followed. After him there was three students who had dark indigo badges who were from grade twelve. That was Jason and Taylor.

The last of three students with dark indigo badge was from grade eleven. Alvin. He was said to have the highest potential .In the last competition, he fought a draw with both Jason and Taylor. Jason and Taylor. Since they were above other indigo badged students the academy made an exception for them. Alvin despite being a grade eleven student could beat everybody in his grade. Although Alvin, Jason and Taylor were ranked second in the whole academy they did not amount anything before king. King was also like Alvin when in grade eleven but he was ranked second alone.

Once the academy had decided to test the strength of king and the three to gang up and beat the king. Since it was the academy that had arranged so, they could only forsake their principles and fight king three against one. The sad thing was that even when they ganged up they were beaten until they were admitted defeat. At first could not bring themselves to admit defeat but the king was not merciful and had injured them nearly to a place where they shed tears. That was the most intense battle ever witnessed in the last two years.
