Chapter 5: Invited

The smell of the food that on my table is slowly loosing away. I can't even move my hands because of some student looking at me.

I'm sitting on the corner waiting for Charrie to come here. I felt relieved when I saw her walking.

"What happened yesterday?" She questioned after she placed our drinks.

"Later, I will answer your questions. Let's eat first."

She nodded. "Alright, let's eat first."

I eat my food too didn't think about some students looking at me. They are not get over what happened yesterday. It seems like they didn't watch it already on some Drama.

I should not cared about them. I must think first on how to apologize on Daile. I know, I hurt his feelings...he's just inlove with me and I don't want to be a burden to him.

A small sounds of cracking chips I heard from Charrie's mouth when we sitted at the school's garden. This is a good place to tell a story with Charrie.

"So what happened yesterday?" She started.

"We had an argue."

She continues on chewing and nod.

"I don't want to be with him at that time and I don't want to skip his class because of me."

Her eyebrows met. "How come you didn't want to be with him. You're close with him right?"

I sighed. "Yeah, but I feel something. Like, he is too clingy and cheesy. Somethings that I don't want about guys."

She released a small laughs. "In how many months of dating. You just realized yesterday?"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Daile, is a clingy guy. But he is kind and handsome. That's the plus point."

I didn't replied in what she said and just opened a chip.

"Is he done for being your suitor?" She added.

"I don't know, I'm not thinking about that. Because all I need to do is to say sorry to him."

"Oh, Okay."

I'm chewing a chips when I remembered something. I took my tumbler and drink a water.

"Hey, Charrie!"

She stopped from eating and faced me.

"Why?"

"Why?...why? did you tell me that you will skip one class though you are skipping a whole six class?"

"Well...I drink a lot at the bar. I vommit many times and I am so dizzy. So I decided not to go at school."

"Tss... whatever."

"Are you mad?" She asked.

"I'm not." I replied simply.

"Don't you worry. I have a story to tell."

I raised my hand. "I'm not interested."

She pulled down my hand and get close to me. "It's okay. Just listen. It happened at the bar."

"What's on the bar?"

She smiled at me blushing. "I met a guy."

"And?" He met a guy? Me, I just saw a guy and didn't get any chance to talk with him.

"We talked and gave me his calling card." She pulled a crampled paper at her wallet and opened it for me. I clearly read the number but the paper is bothering me.

"Why it js crampled?"

"Oh! Because when we kissed."

My jaw dropped. "You kissed?"

"Yes."

She is really wild. I hope I can kiss the guy that I saw too.

"Did you kissed someone too?" She asked.

"No, how? I am jailed with Daile's arm."

She laughed and tap my head. "Oh poor. Baby Mori."

I rolled my eyes and removed her hand. "Stop that."

She giggled and stop from her doing.

"Are you free on weekend?" She asked when we are waiting for my driver to come.

"No, I have a driving lesson."

"What?! You have?"

"A driving lesson." I clarified.

"My parent's bought me a brand new car last night." I added.

"Wow! That's great. I can teach you too."

"Thank you but I know you will be busy. And I need a professional."

"That's right." She said and pointing out our car.

I'm going today without seeing Daile. Maybe this is right, we need to have a break to get chill. And maybe we will forget our argue once we met.

I checked my email when we arrived in our house. I've been waiting for an email.

I refreshed my email and received an invitation about the exhibit that will happen this month. My mom and dad will be there too. They will donate and help me to sell my paintings: the Silverswan and The Cat of Alegria.

The one hundred percent of the revenue of the paintings will be sent to different shelter. I am so happy everytime I'm going to attend on this kind of exhibit. My art will be showcase and it will be the brigde to help the young kids.

I continue reading the email and my eyes found a list of some invited person from different companies.

They will be the one who will buy the paintings. It almost hundred persons will come and one of them caught my attention.

'Reigan Villavincencio: the CEO of Megabuild corporation.'

His name highlighted on my eyes and found out he is also invited.

Since I already knew his name. I typed it on a google and found many articles about him. Most of his pictures are wearing a dark polos and suit.

I scrolled up some pictures and found a picture showing his upper body. He has six-pack abs. He is hot as hell.
