Chapter 13

The principal looked puzzled. "...Her name is Sara. Why do you ask?" He asked.

The form teacher, who felt that strange from the beginning, finally found an opportunity to speak. She pulled Sara over and said, "Mr. Lawford, weren't you looking for Sara Martin? This is her."

Mr. Lawford was stupefied. He looked at William and asked, "This..."

The form teacher quickly answered, "This is William Martin. You probably know her too, don't you? She's also transferring to Scrollania College."

Mr. Lawford was dumbfounded, his gaze switched back and forth between William and Sara. "What... what's going on?" He asked.

"They are sisters. The one who was ranked third in the city is the younger sister, Sara." The form teacher hurriedly clarified for him.

Mr. Lawford finally understood the situation. Earlier, he had mistaken William for Sara and even told her off!

He broke into a cold sweat and immediately said to Sara, "You... you're Sara, Miss Martin, is that correct?"

Sara answered, "... Yes, I am."

Mr. Lawford glanced at William and asked the form teacher unhappily, "The person I said I was looking for is Miss Sara Martin. Why did you bring her here?" He pointed at William.

William's smile froze.

The principal was also embarrassed for his mistake.

The form teacher gulped and said, "I thought that it is the same since both of them are going to Scrollania College..."

"How could that be the same?!" Mr. Lawford was anxious and he exclaimed, "One was instructed personally by the Special Assistant, while the other girl was just offered a place over a a casual conversation. How could they be comparable?!"

Everyone looked at each other. They could all tell that Sara had been offered a place at the college under a special recommendation, while William was just admitted to the college casually.

Mr. Lawford was aware of the terrible blunder he had made, and he was afraid that he had offended Sara. He quickly blamed it on William, "It was your fault! I've never met Miss Sara Martin, that's why I couldn't recognize her. And yet, you came and claim yourself as her!"

The look on William's face was horrible. She cursed inwardly at the bald man as she couldn't afford to offend him. She could only endure it and asked, "Mr. Lawford, are you sure you're not mistaken? It is me who is going to Scrollania..."

"How could Sara, this b*tch, have gotten the Director himself to visit the school in person?" William racked her brain but still couldn't understand.

Now, Mr. Lawford really was angry. He asked the form teacher and principal both, "Is this how you educate your students? To take one's identity and still doesn't feel sorry nor regretful?"

The principal was worried for William's case. He smiled apologetically and said, "William! Hurry up and apologize to Mr. Lawford!"

William gritted her teeth and knew that she had to apologize this time. She bore the humiliation and embarrassment, and muttered, "I'm sorry, Mr. Lawford. I didn't know you weren't looking for me."

Mr. Lawford merely scoffed at her apology.

William thought that she had done her part and that it was over, but the bald Mr. Lawford refused and added, "You just mistook Miss Sara's identity, shouldn't you apologize to her too?"

"Apologize to Sara?!" The thought alone was enough to enrage William.

William's eyes suddenly widened.

Hardly did William eat her own words for anyone in her life. She couldn't believe that she was told to apologize to Sara, the b*tch whom she had always bossed around!

Mr. Lawford stared at her and said, "What's wrong? Won't you admit your fault after you have made such a mistake?"

William gritted her teeth. Looking at Sara, she forced out a sentence, "... I, I'm sorry!"

Sara was a little surprised, she had never expected William to say sorry to her.

Then, Sara spoke in a soft voice, "It's okay, forget it. Sister, I don't blame you."

Unlike her sister, Sara was more sensible and magnanimous!

Even the principal who had prejudice against Sara couldn't help but to nod his head in approval.
