Chapter 94

Walking into the meeting with product distributor Mark Donovan, Grace was trembling, even though she had brought her best friends Eve and Sam along for support. They had traveled for an hour just to meet the man. Both women had babies recently and Eve was preparing for her upcoming wedding. So, Grace felt if she was sampling beauty products, she might as well welcome her besties to join her before the wedding. Maybe their presence would help calm her nerves. 

As they walked in, chatting amongst each other, a grinning man with a fancy gray suit was waiting to greet them.

"Ah! The beautiful Ashford ladies." He reached to shake Grace's hand. "And the lovely lady with a plan, Ms. Grace Ashford."

"Hello, Mr. Donovan. This is Samantha Ashford, by brother Nick's wife. And soon to be Hunter's wife, Eve Calloway."
