Chapter 29 Eating and Drinking_1

Lin Baoguo began the meal-time conversation, with Xu Xiaoyan sitting next to Yan Fei. Initially, she was a bit reserved, but once she realized that those she was unfamiliar with weren't difficult to get along with and were around her age, she relaxed.

She chatted incessantly to Yan Fei, often confusing him with her topics. Yet, her own laughter was constant. This girl used a lot of hand gestures to emphasize her points as she spoke - one hand would sporadically wave around, while the other was busy picking up food with chopsticks. Her movements weren't large, so only Yan Fei was affected.

"By the way, Yan Fei, about your issue, what do you plan to do next?" Lin Baoguo brought up the topic after the meal.
