Her mind burned at the thought of a possible solution for her training and after thinking carefully about her goals. Her brain was playing with her, showing her some mixed feelings about her and her beloved Sasuke.
Sakura shook her head in hopes of removing the bad thoughts from her head and continuing to write a new workout routine.

~ 05:00 - 05:30 am. Awakening and mild stretching.
~ 05:30 - 08:00 am. First aid practice and fundamentals of the human body.
~ 08:00 - 09:30 am. Breakfast and family time.
~ 09:30 - 14:00 pm. Physical training, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu.
~ 14:00 - 14:30 pm. Food and family time.
~ 14:30 - 15:30 pm. Meditation, meeting with my colleagues or friends, and stress relief (Optional).
~ 15:30 - 16:30 pm. The practice of hand signals and in-depth study of Genjitsu or Genjutsu liberation.
~ 16:30 - 22:30 pm. Training of techniques with kunai or shuriken, practicing new movements with wire threads, and returning home to study the control of the fire element.
~ 22:00 - 23:00 pm. Have dinner, bathe and sleep.

Sakura opens the door and goes upstairs. She had entered Genji's house before, so she knew a little about the places in the house. Approaching Anko's door the door opens and Karin comes out with a large backpack on her back.
They both greet each other and Sakura helps by picking up a lot of clothes from the place. After an hour, Anko tells him that he only needs to move the things on the parchment and unload the things at her house.
She walks for a bit before reaching her house.
"So you mean you want to ask Genji for advice on how to train… Not that he wants to disappoint you, but Genji doesn't know anything about fire-style jutsu."
Sakura stops walking after forgetting that Genji is the only person who hardly knows how to use any jutsu, he only has his special techniques, he even told them before that she had no idea about how to train the elements.

Anko looked at Sakura and had an idea. She yesterday she received the message from the Hokage about losing her title and she couldn't bear to cry a bit, but she tried not to tell Genji, preventing him from worrying.

Since ancient times many Uzumaki managed to develop different sealing techniques using different materials to create a great variety of techniques.
However, the type of ink depends on the kind of stamp that is required to be made. If you are talking about simple stamps, two types of ink are used in the creation of these stamps.
The first is; 'Wet pattern ink'.
It is the ink that most apprentices use when training and learning to use fuinjutsu.
Wet pattern ink is a liquid that is usually used on most stamps or drawings with a smooth movement of the hand.
Usually used mainly to create simple or better quality stamps, stamp modification, disconnect the flow of chakra within the letter pattern, and endless modifications.
Only experts in the handling of this type of ink acquire great knowledge in the development of new sealing techniques, but this type of ink is very difficult to handle since in some circumstances it is the worst type of ink to use, for fact that its drying time is very high and any kind of inconvenience would affect the seal.

The second type of ink is; 'Soft ink'.
It is the ink that some trainees use because they find it cleaner than the wet pattern ink that people outside the Uzumaki clan prefer.
The smooth ink is so easy to handle and does not cause long waiting times like wet pattern ink. But at the same time, it can be one of the most delicate at the time of use.
This type of ink is close in seconds and any error produced when creating stamps is irreparable and at the moment of losing the stamp sequence, the person will have to restart the entire writing procedure on the paper or material in use.

These types of ink are not the only ones, but many people who studied the art of fuinjutsu thought that they were the only techniques that could be produced and that is completely wrong.
There is a wide variety of inks such as:
'Viscous ink'.
It is a type of high-quality ink that is created with the blood of animals that feed on the blood of other living things.
The mixture is made by leaving the blood and ink over low heat for days, taking a malleable consistency with the chakra. The ink dries on contact with the paper but takes a vicious shape when adding chakra, managing to modify the ink with just movements of your hand and chakra together.

'Blood Binding Ink'.
That is the mixture of smooth ink, blood, and chakra. The ink by blood bond was used in the creation of the Uzumaki clan and to mark with it, the few allies that the clan had, but it only function when having an agreement between both parties or the effect of the seal did not work correctly.
The seal was powerful in that not only did it mark the person who made the deal, but the deal was passed to each person who had the same blood type as the person
