Wedding Crash part 2

A chorus of cheers erupted all around as the bride and the groom sealed their fate with a tender kiss. It would have been more meaningful if only there was a spark. However, even from where she was sitting, Anna could tell that neither of the couple shared any kind of interest with each other.

But, it was not the first time she had seen this kind of thing.

Maybe she was lucky or maybe her parents were the real lucky ones, whichever it was, Anna was grateful that her parents showered her and her brother with so much love that she grew up believing in it.

The only unfortunate twist was that her experience made her lose the belief of it ever happening for her. She had stopped hoping to find anyone who was worthy of her heart. Every other guy whom she had fallen for was the one who ended up breaking her apart.

What was the point of risking everything when at one point, it was not even going to work?
