It was another midnight. Thirst pulled Elestria from her slumber. She wrapped a thick blanket around her shoulders and opened the door. Just then, the sound of the wind whispered in her ear.
She left her blanket and ran to the window. The darting shadow was Daphne.
Elestria opened the window to get out. She ran for a while. "Scarlett, change," she ordered.
"Why me?"
The protest she made was not the same as the action. S took over. In the silence of the night, she followed a thin trail on the ground.
Scarlett was happy to use her leg again even though it was a little sore. Elestria couldn't be satisfied because she was curious about what Daphne was doing in the forest.
Scarlett's running speed was almost the same as Daphne's. Then, they arrive at a place that only makes them afraid of anything.
"It's cold, too cold," muttered Scarlett.
