Kiera's POV(Continued)
“Mww,” it growled, its form unfolding, and unfolding until he was as tall as, well the space was empty and had no roof or any shape whatsoever, so I couldn’t begin to guess at its height but it was definitely over seven feet.
“Food.” It muttered again, it’s words clear this time. Now that it stood at full height, I was able to view it in all it’s hideousness. It’s body was remarkably like a human’s, if you happened to be viewing the human’s body in biology class after it had been dissected, that is.
Instead of a skin, it had skeletons -and not the healthy kind. It’s bones looked shriveled up. It’s intestines were small and his stomach looked half eaten.
I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw that. Either something had taken a bite out of all it’s kidneys, lungs and all vital intestines, or the creature had gnawed on it’s own body. How was it still alive?
