The boy flew backward like a soccer ball, letting out a shrill and hoarse scream that sounded nothing like a child's voice.

The other boy, who had been chasing him, paused briefly before reacting. He opened his mouth to reveal two rows of sharp teeth. At the same time, his entire face contorted; his mouth gaped wide, his nose sunk in leaving only two nostrils, and his eyes multiplied into four, glowing with a terrifying red light.

His skin shifted from a normal human complexion to red, while his hands transformed into beast-like sharp claws.

The boy had now completely turned into a monster, with a strange mark appearing on his forehead!

Isolde, terrified, trembled and screamed, quickly hiding behind Alexander.

The monster charged at Alexander, its sharp claws raised in front of it, emitting wisps of dark mist as it swiped at him.
