"Yes. The surging Wood and Water energy will dissipate after a few hours, going back to their normal levels before slowly drying out in a few years. Is there an issue?"

Ryker scratched his head, wondering just how much he should say.

"Uh, well, I kinda needed my friend's help to do the breakthrough, and I'm not sure if she's ready yet," he said, looking off to the side.

Honestly, he didn't even care much about the possibility of Bai Xiyi attacking him while he broke through; the lizard had proven itself nothing but civil so far, besides initially attacking him on sight. But Long Meiling should still be polishing the Cosmic Unity Scripture on his behalf, and he'd been kind of expecting that she would be here to give pointers while he broke through, as well.
