The perfect way to confuse them is with a smile and since the cute waitress told me my smile is beautiful and I should smile more often, I have decided to use it.
My mother is staring at me as if something is growing out of my face, but what can I say? The smile is working, and that is what I want for about a minute as I try to make my mind come up with something to tell my mother.
Eventually, I will have to stop smiling and my mother will have to tell me what she thinks I should do about Brandon. She has told everyone except me and my father. I don't think she has anything for Mrs. Kaden, they were not that close anyway.
I want to tell her to tell my father what she thinks he should do, but I can't. I am not even sure if she has something for my father since they planned this together and maybe they already told each other what to do.
