The strategic management lecturer entered the class, and as everyone settled, he greeted them.
"Good day, students," he said, and they all responded with a greeting.
"The last time I was here, we focused on financial analysis. So, I want someone to solve this question," he continued, writing the question on the board. All eyes were on him when Lisa raised her hand.
"Yes, miss Ventasparo, can you solve it?" He asked.
"Yes, sir. I can definitely do that," Lisa replied confidently as she got up from her seat to approach the board. However, Inigo extended his legs, causing her to trip and the entire class burst into laughter.
"Can't you walk properly, Lisa?" Tera teased.
"Such embarrassment," John muttered, rolling his eyes.
"That's enough, class. Be quiet," the lecturer interjected, looking at Lisa. "Are you okay, Miss. Ventasparo?" he asked, as Lisa nodded, glancing at Inigo before proceeding to the board.
Despite the incident, she solved the question correctly, impressing the lecturer.
"That's good work. You all should be as dedicated in your studies as Miss. Ventasparo over here," he praised. Inigo snorted drawing attention.
"Do you have a problem, Mr. Sunsedo?" the lecturer inquired.
"Absolutely not. We hear you loud and clear," he mocked, but the lecturer misunderstood, thinking he was attentive.
"You can go back to your seat," he told Lisa.
However, Inigo extended his legs again, and she noticed, smiling mischievously. This time, she stepped on his toes, causing him to hold back the pain and glare at her.
Lisa smiled, thinking, "serves him right," as she returned to her seat.
"That wasn't the right thing to do," recca said.
"Why, recca? You always take their side whenever I try to stand up to them. You don't say anything when they wrong me," Lisa complained.
"I'm just looking out for you," recca defended.
"How about you look out for yourself first?" Lisa rebuked, returning to her book.
