THAT NIGHT

"As of every night, it wasn't the same this time, it was as dark as it can be baptized to be another black hole"

The Dark Night of Amsterdam could have been really riveting for those who were really interested in thriller movies and novels filled with excitement from bullet shots, chases, crashes, and fights.

 Instead, it was a night of terror, cloaked in darkness with no signs of life. 

The only sound that pierced the silence was the relentless echo of bullet shots but this dark night in Amsterdam's neighboring village Monnickendam was no less than petrifying, absolutely no lights, no houses, no people, but the whole deserted road and the only thing that could be heard that night was bullet shots.

Amidst this eerie night, a set of headlights suddenly appeared, converging on a car. However, these were not the usual lights one might expect.

 They belonged to a group of sleek sports cars pursuing an unassuming yet dangerous woman. 

This woman was none other than East Williams, the sole heir to Radian's Industries; who currently was in Amsterdam.

 Her last name, Williams, came from her maternal family, not her father's.

 CUT TO: 

the fast-moving vehicles chasing a luxurious car, the brightness of their headlights now piercing the quiet town.

 Gunshots rang out, targeting East's car. 

It was an incredibly perilous night for a 26-year-old woman, but what her pursuers didn't know was that she was more formidable than they could ever imagine. 

Armed only with her wits and without any physical protection, she desperately made a call for help:

 " Hello Hello can you hear me, 112 is that you, 112" 

Dial number officer replied to her; "yes ma'am we are able to we're able to hear you, what happened let us know please."

 "I'm being chased by some cars, they are trying to continuously bullet shot on my car right now what to do?" 

The voice on the other end replied, "Please tell us your exact location so we can assist you. "

"Stay on the line."

 East revealed her location, near the town bordering Amsterdam and the neighboring villages, along with the highway number.

 Gunfire continued to riddle her car with bullets, causing her to lose control. 

The car careened into a massive banyan tree, resulting in a deafening crash.

Everything fell silent......

Two men from the pursuing cars cautiously approached East's wrecked vehicle.

 After examining her condition, they retreated and retreated back to their cars, driving in reverse along the same path they had come. 

Soon, police vehicles and an ambulance arrived at the scene. 

However, it may have been too late. 

They rushed her to a nearby hospital, where doctors worked tirelessly to save her life. 

Oxygen levels had plummeted to dangerous lows of 21% to 18% to 16%. 

The surgeons rushed to the operation theatre. 

Dr Zang, Dr Anna, Dr Abby; were the doctors in charge of her surgeries. 

It appeared she had suffered significant injuries to her head and left leg.

Surgeons performed a grueling seven-hour operation, and miraculously, it was a success. 

Meanwhile, news of East's accident reached her family, who were in America. 

In a cruel twist of fate, her grandfather also fell seriously ill.

An employee from Radian's Industries rushed to Amsterdam with the new assistant of the East, "Emma Brown" was sent to East to look after her. East was in Amsterdam for a vacation after mastering from Business studies and her grandpa thought that sending her away for some days would be best after her mother remarried for 5th time but she wasn't able to accept.

 The simultaneous tragedies of the granddaughter and grandfather sent shockwaves through the family and the business. 

It was a pivotal moment for Radian's Industries, one of New York's most significant companies. A industrial park which currently had no person on the throne of the radian's industry right now shaken the investor belief to depth. 

 Emma Brown soon after the incident reached to East in Amsterdam, where she was being searched and operated.

 It's been twelve days that East is in coma. Finally she made some movements after a wholesome of twelve days. And her 1st word after she was off from coma was "SHE REMARRIED". 'SHE' was referred to East's mother 'Steffi Williams' who remarried and was the reason East was in Amsterdam away from her family. 

Emma replied to East " yes, she remarried and we have to get back to America soon ma'am."

 "NO", with a loud voice East replied and said she would never return to the side where her mother is but soon after Emma informed about the company and East's grandpa now she had to come back. 

But there was something off to the whole situation that's what East thought to the point now. " I need some days to recover then we will return," East said. Emma nodded to show a agreement to her words. 

Now after 20 days of East's accident she finally returned to New York.

"Uncle, I'm back", a soft voice ran across the ears of a middle aged man and a young elegant woman who was likely to be at the age of same as East. 

They were "Bob Gomez" and his daughter and East's best friend from childhood "Ava Gomez."

A light brown toned but bright girl, sharp siren eyes, dark brown hair tied up in a lose ponytail with some baby hairs on the edge of her ears, in beige pastel blazer suit set and skin toned high heels with a strong bossy look was walking towards Mr. Gomez. 

She was East Williams. "Finally you are back, were you a little too serious to just jump into all the problem and walk towards your own death just like always you do my dear little East. Do you wanna plan your own dead or something?" , Bob was much concerned about east than her own mother was and started to tongue-lashing her out her grandpa's ward.

 "Uncle, Uncle , Uncle, I know i was wrong, sorry for that but we are in public and I'm William's family daughter, what if someone films it and posts it. " 

With a cute adorable bunny face East tried to butter Bob but maybe that wasn't working. Adding to his lecture Bob said "even if you are too tired of your own mother but that doesn't mean you'll leave the country without telling anyone and with a zero security."

 "But I informed grandpa and if I go out with multiple security everyone will definitely know that I'm someone who needs to be treasured". added East." yeah right like without security you were safe" Bob replied.

"Cut the convo, now tell me, it's been more than 20 days why is grandpa still in the hospital and where is his daughter right now?" questions East. 

"He's suffering from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and he never informed any of the members of our family about it and now after your accident it was identified, when he fell down and we had to take him to the hospital. Doctors informed that Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)is a common lung disease causing restricted airflow and breathing problems. It is sometimes called emphysema or chronic bronchitis. In people with COPD, the lungs can get damaged or clogged with phlegm. Smoking and air pollution are the most common causes of COPD. It's is not curable but symptoms can improve if one avoids smoking and exposure to air pollution and gets vaccines to prevent infections. It can also be treated with medicines, oxygen and pulmonary rehabilitation." 

After Bob informed everything about Herriot Williams, he asked East what to do now, to which East asked where her mother was and with Bob's information it was concluded that her mother was on honeymoon and even with such a incident she haven't returned yet back.

"May i have a report of my grandpa and Ava can you please find the contact of that women as soon as possible," requested East to Bob and Ava respectively. "Yeah sure all information about your mother will be sent to you very soon," Ava replied.

 "SHE IS NOT MY MOTHER, and will you stop now my darling Avi." (East often used Avi as a nickname to Ava.)

Soon Bob got up to get reports for East while Ava tired to comfort East saying that everything will be alright and now she should meet her grandpa. 

Soon she stopped East to go in and said that her grandpa had something very important to tell her and was waiting for the right moment to tell her everything but wasn't able to because of all the accidents happening in sequence. 

Ava further added that she wasn't informed anything in detail because he wanted his granddaughter to know it first and suddenly that day aunt Steffi just went to her honey mood out of sudden.
