Gene Rhett hurriedly grabbed his sleeve with strength, half begging and half threatening, "Master, you must handle this matter for me!"
Looking at the hand gripping his clothes, Armstrong snorted coldly, shook off the other party, and straightened the non-existent creases on his clothes. "Deputy Mayor Rhett, I'm not discussing this with you." If he wanted to leave, this man couldn't stop him.
Gene Rhett was well aware of this.

Philip Carlton had been in power for too many years, and all his efforts seemed insignificant under Carlton's light.
