Cardan returned to his office and was safely not spotted by any press but later that night he would have to address them.
As he was working his father's assistant Antonio knocked on the door. Cardan looked up from the document he was reading.
"Goo-Remy what are you doing here?" Cardan asked surprised to see him. Wasn't he supposed to be proposing to Marielle.
"I see you know each other" Antonio started but Cardan gave him a look telling him to further explain what is happening.
And so Antonio continued "Our family has served the Changs as attendance for generations and my children would be required to do that if they ever wanted too but unfortunately I never got married. So I moved on to my niece's and nephews. Remy being one of them" he finished before placing an iPad filled with more business documents.
"So you're-" Cardan turned to Remy "My new assistant?"
"Surprise" Remy ackwardly waved his arm at him as Antonio left the room.
