Chapter 13: A Day Ful of Surprises

Once I opened the door, I said, "OK everyone be quiet. This place echo's like crazy. There are people who will get angry if it gets too loud. Plus we will give the location away." They both nodded and agreed. Then I walked inside first since I know where I am going. "OK careful now these steps are steep. Oh and another thing. Magic doesn't work down here so your out of luck on that." I whispered to Master. "Ok." He whispered back with a sigh. After a long while we were finally almost there.

"Ok everyone we are almost there. Just to warn you some people are stubborn and other people can be nice. I know I've been here by accident once." "Ok." Everyone whispered.

We finally made it down. He went up to the desk and I said, "Excuse me." Then the person looked up. "Oh did you come here by accident again?" "Yeah sorry about that. No we have business. This is my Fiance Jay but he is not the business. Its me and this guy over here." "Oh You must be Masters Pupil. I'm sorry about him. He was a nice man. As for you why do you have Fawn's key?" "Oh so it didn't get here yet. She-she died." "Oh my. I'm so sorry. She liked to talk about you princess." "Its ok. He mom gave me her key she said that she had something for me that is why she gave me the key." "Oh well come this way. Jay you as well. You just have to promise not to mention this to anyone got that?" "Yes I promise." "Ok good." So we went in a special room where there was a door that looked like it could be a closet. "Now I know this looks like a closet but with the key that you have it will take you to where you need to go or give you what you were to be given. As for going Little Master I would have you go in first. Once you turn the key and open the door you will see a Portal. Go inside of it ok?" "Yes Maam." "Be careful where ever your going Master. Come back safe." "I will do my best princess. I hope to see you again as well." Then he turned his key opened it and saw the portal and stepped in.

"Now your turn Princess. Luckily you don't have to go anywhere. As I am sure you said she left you something?" "Yes I have no idea what it is." "You are the same age right? Just turned 23." Jay was worried so he said, "Um Ms. Is she really going to be ok?" "Yes she will be fine. I have a feeling I know what she might have left her. When she was 22 she looked nervous. See these portals you can take you almost anywhere. You want to go as long as you have a key. You or the person you left it for will take you there when you are ready. If you aren't ready it won't let you go through. As I said when Fawn came here a year ago she was nervous. I might have a feeling why. Lets just see if I am right."

Meanwhile Talia found herself in a beautiful field. "Oh wow pretty and green. But where am I?" I looked behind me and didn't see anything but a tree. "Maybe I came from there? I guess I'll try when I come back." SO I walked ahead to see what was there.

After awhile of walking I was getting tired. I thought I was seeing a village but was afraid it was a mirage so I fell down. Talia had passed out in front of the village gate. One of the people from the village saw a woman collapsed on the ground and went to help her.

"Hey miss. Are you ok? Miss?" "Hmm." She was passed out so that was all she could say. "Oh dear oh dear." "Here let me take you to the infirmary. They can help you out." Said the man.

About 2 hours later Talia woke up. "Hmm. What? Where am I? Ow." "Oh so your finally awake?" "Wait is this a village? So it wasn't a mirage after all. I thought I was a goner." "Oh I see." "Will you accept him?" "Yes. I will. My father mother and siblings maids can all help me with him. I don't know anything about babies except a few things when I helped my mom with Onyx." Finally we made it back to the tree. "Well sir. I guess I shall be going. Oh one more thing. What is this place called so he can ask the portal to go to it?" I saw him smile. "With this it will only take him to the village. But as for the key that's a different story. Just have her think where she wants to go and it will take her here." "Ok will do." I finally came out of the door. "Woah. What an experience. Are you ok Arion?" The baby was laughing. "Well at least he was ok. Oh my gosh. Jay." Can you escort little master out when he comes?" "Certainly." "Thank you." Then we went back up the stairs and I was getting tired so I had Jay hold him so he did the rest of the way.

I pushed a button and the door opened and it automatically closed after we went through. I unlocked the windows opened the curtains and unlocked my door. "Hmm. I guess time is different over there. It has only ben 4 hours here and it felt like not even an hour there." "Anyways lets go we have to tell father and mother what happened." Jay handed me the baby and he followed me to see my father.
