11: The Genius vs The King

After the first half ended with the score being 3-1, tension was starting to get high between Barou and Nagi. "Your little peasant duo really pisses me off, you feed of each other like a couple of dickless bastards!" Throughout the match Barou has been practically ignoring his team deciding only he himself deserves the glory, his actions align with his bullshit king persona treating his teammates like his slaves.

"I'm not a peasant, I'm Reo's partner." Nagi said in his usual uncaring tone. "And you dare say your aiming for the position of World's Number 1?! Your buddy-buddy act wont ever get you No.1." 

Suddenly Nagi gets hit with a flashback, from the time he first met Reo, and they made the promise to win the world cup together. "To be perfectly honest with you, I don't give a rat's ass about football. But I won't just let you talk about Reo you overgrown monkey." 

"HUUHHH! YOU WANNA GET YOUR ASS KICKED THAT BAD!" Nagi itching for the fight steps up before the three notice a new figure approaching, suddenly Zachary appears. Walking up to the three of them they were hit with a certain type of pressure something that made it hard to move away from his sight. "You two need to stop this useless bickering and sort it out on the field you'll never get anywhere if you just keep chatting." The tension in the area was filled between the clash of the three.

"And who the hell are you supposed to be." Barou said with veins popping out from his head. In response with an empty stare I walk up to him and at this point we're face to face. "I'm the guy that's gonna become the World's Number 1, not you, you oversized mutt." The stare down between the two was fierce, before the two get interrupted. "Oi, you three just keep on forgetting about me huh." Stepping up to the battleground was Reo, "I'm the one who will become the World's Number 1. No matter the cost, I'll achieve my dream!" But with that the facedown between the four ended and it was the start of the second half.

{SECOND HALF}

The match starts of with Team V rushing at X in a triangle formation made up of Nagi, Zantetsu and Reo. Zantetsu currently possessing the ball manages to out maneuver the defender on him leaving him in the dust. But at that moment he's met with two more on him, but proving why he's on of the top ranked in our team, he destroys the two defenders with a silky and fast roulette leaving them on the ground. "You see me slowpokes." He tries to use some english words taught to him by Zach but proves why he's an idiot. 

"Oi Zantetsu pass!" Yelling out was Reo who had managed to break free of his markers. Passing the ball in the air it was directly on course to hit its target but is intercepted by Barou. "You lousy passes are to predictable." Using his well trained calf muscles he burst away beginning Team X's counterattack.

Meanwhile on the sidelines, Zach is watching all this unfold. "This is bad, Barou is currently on another charge. The first time he went on a run like this he scored." Clenching his fist he's yet again reminded of his helplessness, "If only I wasn't injured, then definitely, I would've crushed the wanna be king."

But back to the field of play Team V couldn't stop Barou's charge, one after the other they fell to his kingly desires. But out of no where the speedster finally arrives. "Unfortunately I can't let this run continue."Zantetsu then engages in shoulder to shoulder action with Barou. "You think you cant stop my ambitions!" Barou then performs a drag back messing with Zantetsu's center of gravity before performing a stepover that leaves him on his ass. Running past him their gazes meet, one from below, and one from above.

But his fun didn't end there, "You managed to beat the idiot huh." Reo had also managed to catch up." "Don't worry you and your peasant boyfriend will reunite once more." Reo managed to contain Barou a little bit with his high defensive stats. But that wasn't enough, the king then goes on to perform a chop to the left followed by another to the right that caused him to stumble.

But then the appearance of a genius shifts the balance of the battle. Nagi coming form Barou's blindside manages to pull of a slide tackle that sends Barou to the floor. Getting up he begins an attack. "See you later king of no one."

Beginning his assault Nagi turned the tables of the kings unstoppable charge by using his teammates to set up the perfect chance for his intercept.

"You really are something Nagi, I didn't think you had it in you to think of your own strategy, I'm glad to see you took my advice. I'm impressed." With a big grin on his face Zachary's eyes light up with excitement.

{FLASHBACK}

As Team V and Team X were about to start their match, a voice could be heard calling out to Nagi. "Oh? Zach your here." "Nagi, before you go in to this game I want you to be aware of three things. 1. I won't be able to save your asses this time, your all on your own unfortunately. 2. You need to know, you or Reo won't ever be able to become World No.1 if your so co-dependent on yourself. And 3. You need to start creating for yourself, the way you are now, you wont ever be able to survive if you don't start playing by yourself."

Surprised by these revelations Nagi then responds, "Sorry Zach but I'm sure you know. I don't really care about football. I'm really only doing this because of Reo." For a brief moment a stare down occurred between these two before the silence was broken. "Your born with not only genius Talent Nagi, but a genius mind. I noticed back in the first selection, you and Reo being able to catch on so quick was amazing, then later on in the other matches when you hung back with me to observe. You perceive things like I do." With one last stare down Zach finishes with, "Don't let it go to waste." Before finally walking off. 

{PRESENT}

The match between Team X and Team V is now coming to an end, This last rush will have to kill it of. Nagi and Reo now storm of together to attack the kings castle.
