I'm currently in training with Anwar. Again self defense is very important. I kept practicing everyday to make my ability stronger and make my body healthy too
/"Done.. Now go outside/" Anwar said. He's out of breath so was I. I drank my protein shake and walked out from the indoor gym.
/"Done with Anwar?/" Fred asked as he's currently directing Cailey into her training
/"Yeah/"
/"Cailey has one round to go.. you next and you Cailey go to Anwar/"
/"I'm already done with him like a 2 hours ago bastard!/" Cailey said coldly , she's already sweating a lot and her face already got red
/"Kidding Cailey , geez/" Fred said
I waited until Cailey's done and I walked to Fred. I need him to teach me a lot more moves for self defense
/"I don't want this/" I said to Fred and he raised his eyebrows to me
/"Why?/"
/"Teach me a self defense move again/" I said
