Chapter 8

Unknown Pov

The figure searched around the little dark warehouse he was in. He waited patiently for his visitor.

Not soon after he heard several shufflings and felt the whole place go ice cold. A strong gust of wind engulfed the warehouse. Growls and footsteps could be heard approaching. The hairs on his neck stood up.

His visitor had arrived. Ensuring that he kept his guard he turned to face the visitor. Hatred burned in his body at the sight of this visitor, however it was essential that he carried out this interaction. Doubts still lingered in his mind.

"I see you came alone." The visitor said.

It was uncomfortable to lock eyes with the visitor so he diverted his gaze at the roof.

"I wish I could chitchat all day but I can't, get to the point."

The visitor manhandled him and soon he was up in the air, held by the neck, legs dangling like chandeliers. He hesitated to fight back, he had to be smart. Even if he wanted to he couldn't, his whole body was paralyzed. That was the effect this vistor had on everyone. He suddenly felt immense fear, tiny tremors went through his body. His visitor's claws dug into the nape of his neck.

"You don't get to talk to me like that you scum. Remember I could snap your neck within a blink of an eye." The visitor threw him to the ground. His head hit the cold marble floor, pain immediately sprung up. Despite feeling dizzy and extremely irritated he got on his feet.

"We have a lead on where it is," He stated, "However it is risky to make any moves I am under suspicion."

The vistor growled. "We don't have time! Is being useless all you're good for ! Look do what it takes capture it before I take matters into my own hands and burn all of you to ash."

With that the vistor disapperead with a gust of wind. Leaving him behind in the darkness. He cussed loudly. He had little time. He had to find a way to initiate things without blowing his cover. The tricky part was how. He stared at the roof intently until a plan came to thought. He knew what he was going to do.
