2 Work

The next morning Mika has to work, she got up early and got ready. She took a quick shower, did her hair and grabbed her purse. She pet Logan goodbye and walked out.

She felt like she was being watched but she couldn't be sure so she kept walking. When she finished walking and got to work, she got inside and got behind the bar and set things up.

Since today was a Saturday she knew it would be busy."At least I get paid today." She said as she sighed and wiped the counter down.

At 8:30 the bar opened, and a few people came in. One was a girl who looked about 27 and a man who looked 29. The girl said "Can we get a bottle of the Red Rose champagne to go?" She smiled and handed them a bottle of Red Rose champagne and said "That'll be $15.99." they handed her a twenty dollar bill and said to keep the change, then left.

At around 10:30 a group of bikers came into the bar and ordered a round. Everything was going well until a fight between the bikers broke out. She got up and watched it for a bit, then she walked over there and yelled "If you don't stop we're going to have some issues!" Right as she said that the door opened and Lex walks in. His black messy hair all over his face and his blue eyes starring at Mika.

She looked amazing even though she was in a dirty bar uniform. He sat down and just watched what was happening. The one of the bikers spike up, his voice raspy and deep "Oh yeah? What are you going do about it?" She replied calmly and confidently "I can kick you out and ban you." The bikers lagged at her, then one of them in the back spoke up "How about you just come home with us, this whole problem with be solved. We'll leave and you get to have a good time."

Lex's jaw twitched at those words. He wanted to kill them all right here and now, but if he did he knew Mika would never love him. Then as he glared at the bikers one of them walked up to her and grabbed her arm and pulled her close. She pushed him away, she would have slapped him but if she did she probably would have gotten fired because she was not allowed to hit the customers.

The biker got closer and said in a deep voice "Come on sweetheart, it's not like you have a boyfriend, right?" That's when Lex snapped, he stood up and walked over to Mika and hugged her from behind them whispered in her ear"Fallow my lead,ok?" She nodded and he said" Actually she does have a boyfriend, so buzz off or we're going to call security." The bikers slammed a check on the table and left mumbling to themselves.

He asked her in a calming voice while smiling"Are you alright l?" She replied gratefully "Yes, that you very much." He smiled in response and nuzzled her neck which made her blush. He chuckled at her blush. Then he let her go and walked out.

Later that day at Mika's house****

She couldn't stop thinking about Lex, she didn't even know his name but she still couldn't st ot thinking about him. She sat at her dinning room table and picked at her food, still thinking about him

He was outside her window watching her, loving how she couldn't stop thinking about him. He wanted to say hi, he wanted to kiss her, he wanted to have her and most of all claim her.
