"Three Magic Knight Captains?!" Asta exclaimed as he saw the three.

"No fair, Yami. Fighting fun opponents all by your lonesome. Whaddaya think are they worth slicing up?!!" Jack asked.

"Nah, no way. They're pretty much like paper." Yami said.

"Bwa ha ha! now you're lying."

"And hey. Should I grab the chance to cut you up? Vent all my past grudges..." Jack said.

"And there he goes. This guy's an idiot," Yami said.

Jack made a blade out of his arm aiming it at Yami

"I'm so sorry, spare me, sir."

Ozul walked in front of Yami guarding him from Jack.

"Bwa ha ha!! Don't worry kid. Like I'd do it. If I was gonna, I'd wait until he was at one hundred percent. There's no point in slicing him up otherwise!!" Jack laughed as he licked the blade that was coming out of his arm.

"How long are you going to stay on your rear? For a man, you're rather pitiful," Charlotte said looking at Yami.

"Idiot, the ground loves me so much it won't let go of my butt."

"You're the idiot, the ground would never love an outlaw like you."

"Ooh, harsh. If you dont fix that attitude, you'll never find a guy to marry you, y'know." 

"I don't need one. The battlefield is my partner," Charlotte said as her blue roses and plant stems came out.

"It's the captain of the Blue Rose Knights! Cool beauty Miss Charlotte Roselei!!" Finral said blushing as he got excited.

"She's gorgeous!! I'd love to get to know her better!!"

"And now you're all hype?!" Asta exclaimed.

'oooh... Why did I insult him again?! never mind that why did I fall for someone like that?!' Charlotte thought as she blushed in her mind however keeping a straight face on the outside.

'Even so, I just can't get him out of my head!! Argh... it's too late to say I like him. Besides if I did, the things my knights would say to me...'

"The top brass of the traitors who attacked our country, all in a row... What a perfect opportunity." Nozel said.

"I'll bury them with my own hands. You can hurry and vanish foreigner."

"Wow. Thanks for being so considerate, mister ball of pride" Yami said.

"I wonder how he gets his hair like that?" Yami asked.

Ozul shrugged not knowing how.

"Huh? He's a royal, so his servants probably do it, right?" Asta asked.

"No way! Does he have people to do it for him? That's kinda lame."

"You mean he braids his hair himself?" Ozul asked

"Huh, yeah. That's creepy too," Yami said.

"Should I bury you first?!" Nozel said glaring at the three.

"Nah. Don't waste your magic on foreigners," Yami said whistling.

"Raaahhh!! I'm all fired up now!! I'm still in this fight!!" Asta yelled.

Ozul walked closer as Rai was on his shoulder.

"Stay out of it, pond scums."

"When the captains are on the battlefield... Mediocre combat abilities will only slow us down. Especially peasants like you, just because you have a spirit doesn't mean anything, and you dont even have magic!" Jack said.

"Reinforcements huh? Fine!! True despair lies at the end of an endless battle!! Besides the despair of strong fighters is the ultimate spice!!" Vetto exclaimed as he punched his fists together.

"Let's go, you two!!"

"You're really into this, huh, Vetto? What a pain..." Raia yawned.

"Well, never mind. I guess I'll do my best, for Licht."

"All right! I call the pretty Lady!!" Raia exclaimed as he charged at Charlotte.

"If I win, you're gonna go drinking with me!"

"In that case... We'll never raise glasses together!" Charlotte exclaimed.

"Severing Magic: Death Scythe"

"You're mind, big guy!!" Jack said as he split the ground with his blade.

"Oho... The Praying Mantis Knights... You intend to fight me, insect?!" Vetto yelled out smiling.

"Bwa ha! Don't underestimate insects!!"

"The one I have business with... Are you," Nozel said as he created a spear of his mercury magic lunging it at Licht

"You... want to hurt Licht too... I hate you...! Die!!" Fana said as she blocked Nozel's attack with his fire.

"Bwa ha ha! Her flames melted your mercury! Want me to switch with you, sparkles?!" Jack asked.

"Foolish. As if flames like those could damage me..."

"Just who do you think... I spent years competing with?!" Nozel exclaimed as he thought of Fuegoleon.

"What is this?! They're practically a natural disaster!!" Finral said as he tried to keep him steading from the impact of the battle, as lots of wind hit the Black Bulls

"Hey. Finral, you've recovered enough spatial magic for one shot, right?" Yami asked.

"We're going home?! Yes lets! We'll let them handle this and just..." Finral started before noticing Yami's look on his face.

"huh..."

"The MMagic Knight Captain certainly is a string. However... They can't win against the Third Eye! After all... We are beloved by mana," Licht said.

"That means... it must be a mistake... that mere human unloved by mana... a boy with no magic at all... obtained that grimoire!!" He said thinking about Asta's five-leaf clover.

"We have to take it back... quickly..."

*VUMM

Spatial Magic appeared above Licht, and Yami fell with his sword.

'I weakened him... Like I'd let him get away now!!' Yami thought.

Licht smiled.

'I thought... You would try that!' He thought as he had a magic light ball ready for him.

*FLAREE

'A counter?! Not good!!' Finral thought.

"Yami!!" He exclaimed.

"Whoops! you should be our chief short, huh?" Raia smiled as he continued his battle.

'You're... after the leader's head too. Right? Go on,' Yami thought.

"Ozul!!"

Ozul showed himself from behind Licht with Rai's lightning surrounding his body enhancing his speed.

"Wha...!" Licht exclaimed

"Why is he over there?!!" All three of the Captains exclaimed as well as the Third Eye

Ozul knew he needed to end this fight quickly; the stakes were too high to allow it to drag on.

"Go Rai!" Ozul yelled.

in an instant, Rai's form dissolved into pure lighting surging into Ozul's sword. The blade already wreathed in black flames, now crackled arcs of red-tinged lightning.

The combination of their powers created an awe-inspiring display of destructive energy. The flames roared, intensified by the lightning, casting a fierce flickering light that danced across the battlefield.

Ozul felt the surge of power course through him, the sheer magnitude of their combined strength almost overwhelming for him. But he held firm, his grip on his sword tightened as he focused all his energy on the strike. 

His eyes locked onto Licht, who was visibly shaken, his confidence faltered as he realized he was in immense danger.

Ozul swung his sword in a wide arc, the enhanced flames and lightning tearing through the air with a deafening crack.

"Thanks for believing I'd take a shot at you. Meanwhile... I believed and our young prodigy!!" Yami exclaimed smiling

The blade sliced through Licht's body as if it were nothing, the lightning amplified the destructive force of the flames. Licht barely had any time to react before the searing heat and electrical energy engulfed him, his defense crumbled in an instant

"Arghh!!!"

The explosion that followed was blinding, a brilliant flash of light that illuminated the entire battlefield. When the light faded. Licht played defeated, and his body singed from the combined assault.

Ozul stood tall, breathing heavily as Rai came out the sword.

"Good job, Rai," Ozul said as he raised his hand.

"Yeah!" Rai said as he did the same high-fiving his master.

A hand went over Ozul's head he turned to see Yami.

"Kid... Way to surpass your limits!!" Yami said patting his head.

"Yea..." Ozul said nodding

"You did it Ozul!!" Asta exclaimed as he ran over to the two.

"Licht..!" Raia, Fana, and Vetto yelled in a panic

"Don't you dare look away!!"

Jack hit Vetto right in his core sending him flying.

"That Sparky Charcoal got us! He completely stole the glory from us!!" Jack exclaimed.

"..." Nozel kept quiet.

"We can't fall behind. Let's finish the rest of them here!!" Charlotte yelled.

Yami, Ozul, and Asta all walked up to Licht.

"Ha ha ha!! we beat him!!" Asta laughed.

"You didn't do nothing," Ozul told Asta.

"Gah.." Asta froze in disappointment as he accidentally dropped his sword on Licht.

"Whoops.." Asta said as he quickly grabbed his sword.

A beam of light came from Licht's body

"huh?" The three of them said as they looked at the light.

: "What's that?!" Asta asked.

"What did you do!" Yami exclaimed.

"I don't know!!"

"Not good!! That Anti-Magic sword... It released the sealing magic on Licht!!" Vetto told Raia and Fana out loud.

'That power's being kept back for the day that is to come...' Raia thought.

"Aw, crap!"

"Why do you have the spirit and jewel..." Licht said lowly to Ozul as he coughed up blood not caring who he was anymore.

"And that grimoire.? Those swords... Those belong to the Master!" Licht yelled at Ozul and Asta as he began to let his powers go loose.

'"The Master"..? According to our inter 'The Master' should be the leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. Isn't this guy... The Master?!' Nozel thought to himself.

"No, Rai and this Jewel belong to me," Ozul said seriously.

"Exactly you jeep keep talking crazy. This ratty old grimoire and these ratty old swords are mine!! quit making weird false accusations, you nut job!!" Asta yelled.

"No... give them back..." Licht said as he floated off the ground.

Licht began to talk in a different language before creating a huge ball of Light magic as he continued to cough up blood.

"Haw Haw! Nice!!" Jack said as he threw a magic blade at the glowing ball of light

"It swallowed up my severing magic!!" Jack exclaimed.

"What an incredible concentration of magic!! If he releases that... He'll bow this entire area away!!" Charlotte yelled.

'We can't... Even we... can't stop this!!!'

"What is that Magic?! We're done for... his power was restricted before?!" Finral questioned.

"Waaaaaahhh!!! I knew I shouldn't have come!! And actually, I wish I'd never joined this brigade!!!" Finral cried.

"Hey, quit shooting your mouth off," Yami said.

"This is our chance!! If we defeat him and this power we'll leave our limits in the dust!!" Yami exclaimed.

"Awright!!" Asta exclaimed.

"Rai get ready," Ozul said as Rai nodded.

"Impossible!!" Finral yelled.

"Hey. dont you go giving up, finral," Gauche said as he grabbed his collar.

"I outrank yooou!!" 

"Sorry, lady, we'll have to finish this next time!" Raia said as he went over to Licht with the other two.

"If this keeps up you won't last... Licht!" Vetto exclaimed

"Trinity Sealing Magic!!"

The three cast magic on the ball of light showing a foreign language on the magic ball.

'They intend to seal that?!' Nozel thought.

The ball of magic dissipated with ease because of the three.

"You worked a little too hard there, Licht. Rest up, okay?" Raia said.

"Let's go, Vallie," Raia said as he quickly went over to Valatos picking him up using his spatial magic.

*VUMM

"Our chiefs not feeling too great, so... we're heading home for today," Raia said.

"We lost this time! Next time we meet, though, I'll show you true despair!" Vetto exclaimed 

"And that... Will be the end of you," Fana said.

"We are the Eye of the Midnight Sun... And we are always watching you."

The three said as all of their comrades fell into the black hole leaving the Magic Knights.

*ZUMMM

"D... Did we win...?" Asta asked.

"They ran," Ozul said.

"Yeah, so... I guess we did," Yami said.

"Yesssss!!!!!" Asta yelled.

"Uh." He voiced as he wobbled to the floor.

"Asta!" Finral exclaimed.

"I guess he hit his limit. Well, no help for that, pick him up, finral," Yami said.

"Me?!"

"Ozul let out a breath he didn't know he was keeping and sheathed his sword as Rai sat down on his shoulder smiling.

'An unbelievable amount of magical power and a spell that can seal it easily' Charlotte thought.

"They hadn't gotten serious yet!" Charlotte exclaimed.

"Loved by mana' huh..? Haw Haw! They'll be worth slicing up!!"

'So they got away...' Nozel thought before looking at the group of Black Bulls specifically Ozul.

"Ozul... huh..."
