Joey's POV

Joey knew that there was one way that this would end. He had not banked on her feeling the way she felt about him. Okay, that had to be a lie. He knew that she was really into him and he had taken advantage of that. 

He could have told her what he was doing. He knew that he had told her in a way that she would not figure it out. 

He totally took the option of helping him willingly away from him. 

Maybe she would have helped him willingly without him coercing her into doing so. It felt like she had been on to him since the beginning of this whole thing. Somehow, he felt like she was holding back and the only thing stopping him was the fact that she still had some reservations. 

He had wanted to do this long ago but she went on leave. 

It wasn't exactly his fault. She was the perfect candidate for this. She actually was perfect. He wanted to get it right and make sure that he made no mistakes.
