120. Making him dinner

"God, I am tired." Damien sighed in tiredness.

Yesterday was a hectic day for Damien. Fighting with Arabella even after everything, office, then repenting of his actions and finally taking over the responsibility of finding the links to that incident which coincidentally happened in Hayden's hospital years ago. Everything had drained him.

He was so busy sorting the first steps of everything that he had stayed in his office all night yesterday. He didn't come back home yesterday. Nor did he see or talk with Arabella over the phone. He will be lying if he says that he hasn't missed her.

He didn't forget to call his mother, sister or brother to talk with his lovely kids. He didn't want to disturb Arabella by calling her but whenever his phone rang, he wished it to be her call every time. But she didn't call him even for once.
