Clark Kent & Bruce Wayne

April 21st, 1995

Trey POV

I rushed out of class after my teacher announced that my aunt was here to pick me up. After meeting in the office, we walked out to the parking lot. She walked me to a red truck that looked like an older Ford F-150. In the front seat was the blue boy scout himself, Clark Kent. Aka, Superman. As we got in the truck, he introduced himself.

"Hello, Clark Kent, so you're the nephew Lois has been talking about. Lois has pictures of you and your sister all over her office. This morning she was bragging about how you'll be the next star with your singing talents. I'll have to hear you sing sometime." Clark said, greeting me.

"Wow, that's a surprise. All she ever talks about when she comes over my house is Superman. I overheard her talking to mom, saying how nice his big strong—"

"Trey!" Auntie Lois interrupted, embarrassed I was exposing her fangirling with mom.

"What auntie, his big strong arms. You said you liked the feeling when he held you. What's wrong with that?" I asked, looking confused. Being a kid has its perks. Plausible deniability.

"All, tell you when you're older. Smallville, not a word of this will get back to the office, okay? Perry teases me enough about him." Lois demanded. If only she knew the guy she was talking about and too were the same person. Clark coughed in agreement and started driving to the airport.

When we arrived, there was a line of reporters waiting for Bruce's private jet to land. I saw Lex's right-hand woman Mercy in a black business suit waiting for his arrival. She had a luxury car ready to take him away as soon as he touched down. Bruce was expected to arrive shortly. I soon had an idea. If this worked out, I'd get many fan points.

"Mr. Kent, while we wait, would you like to hear a song?" I asked Clark.

"I would love to, son. If that's also okay with you, Lois." Clark replied. She agreed. We went a little bit away from the reporters. Doing these songs, acapella, isn't doing them justice. I'll have to do the proper versions in the future.

"Uh-huh huh huh huh

Let me tell ya now

Uh-huh

When I had you to myself, I didn't want you around

Those pretty faces always made you stand out in a crowd

But someone picked you from the bunch. One glance was all it took

Now it's much too late for me to take a second look." I sung. By the time I finished the first verse. Many of the reporters started looking over.

"Oh, baby, give me one more chance (To show you that I love you)

Won't you please let me (Back in your heart.)" I bellowed. When he finished, more than the reporters were around him. They wanted to ask him questions but were blocked by Lois and Clark. There were at least 50 people here between the reporters and security. The system informed me of all the points I got.

'Thank you, James Gunn, for putting this track on the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack.' I thought.

"That was great, Trey. Lois, nothing you said this morning could have prepared me for that. We now have a situation on our hands." Clark said with a smile looking at the crowd of people surrounding them.

"Told you so. Everyone back up. I'm his aunt Lois Lane. If you have questions, you can address me." Lois yelled. Before she got bombarded, a tall man in a black suit walked up to her.

"Excuse me, is this the famous Lois Lane? Your nephew has an amazing singing voice. I'd love to set up a meeting on behalf of Wayne Entertainment." Bruce Wayne said, coming out of the crowd. He came out of nowhere, shaking the hand of my stunned Aunty.

"Only if you give my aunty an interview," I said before she could respond.

"How about dinner tonight? We can have the interview along with a meeting tomorrow afterward." Bruce asked with a charming smile.

"It's a date." Aunty Lois sweetly grinned, looking back at him.

"Great, I'll pick you up at eight," Bruce said before walking to his ride. Clark had a slight frown on his face.

'Don't worry, man. You get her in the end.' I thought. You two almost always end up with each other.
