"Shhh... Daddy doesn't know, I didn't tell him on purpose. He would definitely forbid me if I told him." Anna tried to persuade James not to tell his father.

"You're persuading me to be quiet?" Asked James who actually didn't need an answer anymore.

Anna nodded, blinking her eyes.

"Okay, I won't tell him ahead of time, but if he asks I won't lie." said James.

"Hm... Alright, I agree."

"By the way, why haven't I seen Mum earlier? Is Mum not home?" Anna continued.

"She said she would come to the social gathering. I don't know until what time she will be home." James replied.

"She didn't even leave food for me. Did she tell me to fast?" James continued with a grunt.

"Hahaha... I'm so sorry for my daddy. How about I cook for you?" Asked Anna offered.

"Are you sure? Aren't you tired, honey?" James asked back.

"It's okay, Dad. Wait here and I'll cook for you."
