Was that what she said?

Susan stayed in the bathroom for two hours. She thought about a lot of things and decided it was best to leave.

She picked herself up and opened the bathroom door only to find no one in her room. She sighed. She felt relieved that she wouldn't have to face them after crying her eyes out.

"I need to pack up." She said to herself but then, it struck her.

If she went back home with her luggage, she would only make her family worry and the headlines would pick up something weird like 'the runaway bride' or 'the rejected bride'

She didn't want that.

Besides, she was going home to think things through, not hide herself away. It wasn't like she was thinking of breaking the engagement, yet.

Someone knocked on her door, bringing her thoughts back. She turned to the door but hesitated as the thought of seeing a creepy servant popped up in her mind.

They knocked again and she knew she just had to answer whoever it was.
