1.Alright how about a fanfic where An oc is Reincarnated in Ben 10 as an Otsutsuki he would would have the powers of the otsusuki from naruto.

2. A mc who uses magic in ben 10 it could be from toaru,Fairy tail, marvel ,DC etc but it would be special to him and who he or she teaches to( Shouldn't magic be able to change let you change genders?)he could be be paired with charmcaster
