Chapter 24: Continuous level up and Perfect Ratio!!!!

I was glad that I levelled up twice at once. I had 1,900/17,000 exp right now. I had 28 free points by now. And I thought of increasing my attack power this time. My agility was already high enough as it had reached 61 already. But my strength was behind. So, I was about to use them all on strength when the system gave me a tip for the first time.

"You should maintain the strength: agility ratio as 1:1. It will give you an additional advantage.", it said.

I thought about it and liked the idea of having strength: agility ratio at 1:1. I calculated and increased Agility by 9 points and it reached 75.

I used 18 points on Strength and it also reached 75. I had 1 free point which I left for now.

On the other side of the battle

The 5 commanders were discussing on how to continue. They thought of attacking head on with all their armies and raze through whatever they encountered. But they felt that they didn't have to do this as I was the only obstacle. The civilians of this world didn't have any warriors or technologies. They just had some defense mechanism left by someone special which saved them from their previous invasion.

They had launched an invasion here before without any commanders. Surprisingly, the world had its own defense mechanism and by the time, they destroyed the mechanisms, all the civilians had already evacuated to the underground. And they had received an order to retreat right away before entering the underground passage. Now after 2 months, they were back again with 6 commanders though one was already killed.

The 5 commanders finally decided to take advantage of their huge numbers and wear me out. They sent a group of 100 elites to attack me while they chose their own location to sit and enjoy the battle. I had also finished my preparations and was ready for the showdown.

By preparation, I meant a wall. I had noticed early on that the lifeless bodies of the orcs didn't disappear even after dying. So, I collected them and piled together to form a wall of dead bodies. They looked strong and sturdy together. It was able to completely cover the inside of the passage. I knew that it increased another line of defense to the civilians hiding deep in the underground.

When the 100 army of the elite orcs lunged at me, I fired my AK-47.

It disrupted their group. Though they were monsters, they weren't crazy enough to ignore their bodies completely and charge at me. So, they separated and formed a 10 group of 10 orcs each. It wasn't of any use though as my round had already finished and I wasn't thinking of fighting the whole fight with AK-47 only. It was just an exciting option for me to start the battle with. I equipped <Bryte's Sword> and <The Stake> and lunged at the nearest group. I threw a mighty hurricane which covered every orc as they were close to each other.

-450 damage appeared above their head twice and I had approached them by the time the hurricane vanished. I attacked them with my all and damages continuously appeared over their head as I danced around and played with them.

This time even my casual attack dealt -450 damage. After obtaining the <Perfect Ratio>, my damage dealt had increased further. When I used skills, the damage dealt was more than -700. So, the battle just got a bit easier.

I moved around dodging and attacking but some attack connected as there were 10 groups attacking me this time. And we were outside so, they had larger area to attack me from but they still had limited long ranged attacks. this was the plus point for me.

After 10 minutes, finally, I defeated the 100 orcs and I had barely 1,000 HP left. Now that I had reached level 17, my HP was already 4,810HP. And I lost over 3,000HP in just a single clash and I had yet to fight 28 such battles if everything remained the same. I immediately used the <Grade 3 > healing potion I had and restored my 1000 HP. My HP recovery rate was 21 HP per second right now.

I then noticed another plus point for me. Larger the number of enemies, the more exp I will get I thought. I was excited now. I could gain full HP after each level up and become stronger. By the time, they realize this I could be strong enough to defeat the whole army I thought. I had clearly underestimated the intelligence of the 5 commanders.

I had gotten 30,000 exp this time and just like before, I used all the experiences. I was excited to see how much I would level up this time.

Though it was a pity that, I only levelled up twice. But I still had 14,900/18,000 exp. I needed only 3,100exp to level up again. I was ecstatic when I saw the HP restoring back to full health and the full health bar also increased by 500 reaching 5,310 HP. I had 5 free points right now. The thing that was the most critical in this fight was my stamina. So, I used all 5 points on endurance. And my endurance also crossed 20 and reached 25. The 50% bonus in attributes was really op. And it was even passive.

When I levelled up twice before, the 5 commanders had noticed the moment up when I lit up. Now that I again lit up, they noticed that I had levelled up. They realized that they made a mistake. But they still underestimated me as they yet again sent another troop. The only difference was the number. This time they sent 200 orcs and a commander. I knew it would be harder but surely not impossible and who knows I might reach level 20 after finishing this army.

I was just waiting to reach level 20 as I knew that only then my bases would transform. And my attributes would cause damage relative to them. I believed that I might finish them off in 2 or 3 moves after crossing level 20.

The commander was leading 200 orcs from the front with an axe swinging in its hand. I also didn't wait for them to approach me. I lunged at them and used <Area of Effect> with <Bryte's Sword>. The <Area of Effecct> mainly targeted the commander as it was right in the center of the area.

-660 damage appeared above the head of every orcs present inside the circle of 1m with the commander as its center. I needed to use every bit of my ability to the fullest to survive and slowly chip away their numbers. I used my speed to the fullest, <Tranquility> to the limit and <Heavenly Eyes> to detect the weakness in their formation. The heavenly eyes helped me to see if there were loopholes for me to explore or helped to show trajectory of the attacks. So, I had an easier time predicting the attacks and dodge or block them.

This time the clash lasted for about 3 hours. Only then the last of the 200 was killed. I was left with only 300HP this time which could speak for itself how hard the battle was. I was glad that even 200 wasn't enough to kill me. But I was starting to feel tired. I needed more stamina. If I levelled up again, I decided to use them all for endurance. Being able to move was all I need right now to clear this level and undergo transformation to a new class. If I didn't reach level 20 this time, I needed different approach to clear this stage as I simply couldn't kill them all like this. I had only been able to kill 355 elite orcs and 2 commanders. The army still had 2,645 elites and 3 commanders standing. I had only reduced their number by 10% if not more. And I was already starting to feel tired. being levelled up didn't reset the fatigue level. It just increased my stamina meaning I could go little bit longer.

I got 60,000exp this time and I knew that it was probably the last time they would underestimate me. I used all the exp instantly and waited to see if I could reach level 20 or not.

I needed 18,000 exp to reach level 19 and 50,000 exp to reach level 20. The sheer difference in the required exp to level up speaks for itself how vast the level 20 is.
