Chapter 22: Lalit Orc Dungeon!!!

It was the 2nd red dungeon for me. So, I didn't find anything noteworthy. I entered the dungeon same way by putting my palm in the scanner and entered the legendary level. I didn't want to waste my time in the pro dungeon as I would not get enough exp from there to level up.

The air was heavier here. Well… Anadha was a goblin lair while it was an Orc. That must why I thought. I didn't waste my time evaluating the dungeon anymore as I was in a hurry. So, I dashed straight ahead until I came onto a group of Orcs.

There were 5 orcs, each 5 m tall. They were carrying an axe bigger than me. When I saw them, they also noticed me. They must have underestimated me as they didn't bother to attack me all at once as only one rushed towards me swinging its axe.

When it neared me, it swung its axe right at me intending to cut my body in half. I nimbly dodged the heavy axe and I equipped <Bryte's Sword> for the first time. My strength had already crossed 40 and reached 43. I used its skill Mighty Slash.

It had been only a matter of second and it already lost more than 3,000HP. I overwhelmed it pretty easily and its HP reduced in a fast pace.

By the time, the other 4 orcs reacted, it only had 1% HP remaining. I finished it off with <Triple Cut>

I then rushed towards the 4 orcs. I wanted to use the new skill <Area of effect>. When I neared them, I used <Area of effect> with <Bryte's Sword>.

4 damages of 300 appeared around each of them orcs. The <Area of effect> causes damage to all enemies present in a certain area. I was glad to see that it was able to damage all 4 of them.

I nimbly rushed towards the nearest orc and attacked it with multiple slashes and cuts.

I had equipped <Bryte's Sword> in my right hand and <The Stake> in my left hand. So, I was causing twice the damage using both swords simultaneously.

I used my agility to the max and used <Heightened Sense> to toy around with all 4 orcs at the same time. By now, I had been getting used to combat though it had been only one day. I must be a combat prodigy in my past life time I thought.

I collected their drops and I obtained 2 brown cores, a level 15 rare shield, level 15 axe and a level 15 rare helmet.

I stored them in my storage and dashed forward. I wanted to clear this dungeon as fast as possible and then enter <Mythic> level. I didn't feel any excitement from the Legend dungeon anymore. It wasn't even challenging at all. I dashed forward and encountered 10 Orcs this time.

They were sitting outside their tents around a camp fire in a circle. I equipped the AK-47 this time and fired all its rounds on a single orc.

I didn't fire it right away. As the battle was boring for me, I decided to make it more interesting. I sold all the level 15 rare items, I obtained just now for 150CP.

I used it to purchase attachments for AK-47.

I aimed the scope right at the head of the nearest orc and fired shots at its forehead.

The orc felt pain in its head and looked around it to see who was attacking. All of the orcs stood up to seek the enemy but they didn't see anyone or anything suspicious. They had only heard a small bang and one of them was hurt. But they didn't find anything at all.

I was very happy to see them all flustered and confused. I then again aimed the scope and this time fired all the 35 shots at the same orc.

I missed some of the shots due to recoil but still I caused a huge damage to it.

By the time I fired all the shots, the remaining orcs seemed to figure out where I was and rushed towards me. They had pretty much the same speed so, they were very close to each other.

I equipped <Bryte's Sword> and also dashed towards them. I used <Mighty Hurricane> when I was near them. The hurricane engulfed all of them for whole 2 seconds.

Each of them suffered -300 damage every second inside the hurricane and right when the hurricane was about to end, I attacked them with <Area of Effect>.

The <Area of effect> covered all of them but it caused most of the damage to the ones around the center. I then noticed that <Area of effect> covered a circle of 1 meter. It was pretty huge I thought.

I then equipped two swords both on two hands and cleaved around the battlefield with <Tranquility>. I used <Tranquility> this time as I had to fight 10 enemies at the same time. I wasn't sure if I could defeat them unharmed with only <Heightened Sense>.

It took me some time but I was able to finish all of them pretty easily. By now, my skill choices had increased by a lot. I had fireball, slashes, chops, Charge, Area of Effect, triple cut.

I collected their loots and obtained a common level 15 sword, rare level 15 chest armor,2 grade 1 healing spells. I sold the sword and the chest for 50CP.

I dashed forward after arranging and selling the useless loots. I encountered only one orc this time. But it was a lord.

I fired the AK-47 right away at its knees to reduce its combat ability. I was wondering if it would lose its combat ability like that. So, I fired the whole round aiming at its lower half.

It tried to dodge the bullets but still I connected about 20 shots. They all hit it around its knee in both legs. And I could see that it was limping already. It had lost its ability to walk or run properly. So, I lunged at it and chipped away its remaining HP.

Its body dropped lifeless on the ground and slowly faded away giving me exp and loots.

It dropped an orange core (boosts agility like red core boosts strength.), a rare level 15 leg guard, an epic axe. I again sold all of them for 180 CP. (Not orange core)

I headed forward after selling them. I knew that only the boss was left now. And I had collected enough exp for a level up right now. But I didn't level up. I knew that a level up means lower exp for the same monster. I stopped after some period of time as I saw the boss of this level.

It was a 10 meter tall High Lord Orc.

No matter if it was high lord or mutant lord, for me, it was the same. It was already overkill for me. My attributes were enough to rival a Level 30 <Mutant King>. So, I was in a completely different league from them. As I was still not level 20, my attack power hadn't changed. So, they were still low despite having such high attributes.

I exited the dungeon and discovered that I had 18,900 exp. I used 13,000 to reach level 14 to be let with 5,900 exp. I needed extra 8,100 exp to level up again and reach level 15.

I tried its legend level again. This time I gained 11,500 exp. I levelled up again to finally reach level 15.

I now had 20 free points and I left them for now. I decided to collect attributes for now and only use them when I desperately need them.
