Prologue

Eighteen years ago ,he remembers telling her clearly , "Get the hell out of my life and never show me your disgusting face again ..!"

His eyes were cold and his voice was piercing the inner soul of the young lady who stood apologetically in front of him .

His magnificent figure still looked calm and his face was looking ridiculously handsome .

"Jakes ,you're making a great mistake by not listening to me !

Don't come back begging me for forgiveness some day ...!"

After Eloise Jenkins uttered these words to Jakes Riddles ,she walked down the streets of Santa Monica all battered and broken !

As thunder struck hard ,Eloise fell on her knees in the middle of the road and held her stomach in pain .

She didn't care about the cars that beamed at her .

"You will never find out about your child ,Jakes Riddles !

I curse you Jakes Riddles ,I swear on my baby that until I'm still alive ,you will never earn the right to become a father to my child !

All your life ,you've wished for an heir or an heiress but as long as I'm alive ,I will snatch away those rights from you ,Jakes Riddles ...!

This is a mother's promise ..!"She fell flat to the floor in agony.

Eighteen years later ,a slender body all dressed up in rags with messy hair was caught by a group of unknown men .

"Sir ,we found your daughter ..!"One man said over the phone .

"Cease the area and send her to my villa near the stream ,I'm coming there right away ....!"The loud based voice on the other side of the phone said .

"Cancel all my appointments ..!" He instructed .

"Yes sir !"The frightened secretary quickly responded in her trembling voice .

After sometime ,a black Maybach arrived at the villa near the stream ."Where is she ?! " The door was suddenly banged without any hesitation .

He swung his arms into the room seriously.

"She is the one there ,sir .She refused to cooperate so we had no choice but to drown her . Sir ,your daughter is so strong , she's a fighter !

We had a hard time capturing her into our courts .

She's really a Riddles !" One of his men flattered to get his attention.

"Just shut up and call the doctor now !Hurry and don't waste my time ...!"He demanded,his voice hoarse and cold .

"Alright Chairman Riddles ,we will do as you say as long as you pay us well !

You know we owe our loyalty to you because you pay us well boss !"He added sarcastically and went on to do as he had been instructed.

Moving right to the lady in front of him ,he carefully drifted her hair apart only to find the butterfly birth mark which had the shape of her pendant that he had .

Also ,the last time he saw her ,she had the same butterfly birth mark on her neck portion .

Her face was smooth ,her crystal eyes and her thick eye brows and lashes were just like his.

Her face while asleep resembled that of his childhood .

"How could she not be his daughter ? "He thought , wiping away the drop of tears that fell right beneath his eyes .

Turning to his men coldly ..."Why hasn't the doctor arrived yet ?!

Call her a thousand times but she must pick up her phone and arrive here in ten minutes ...!"He ordered ,his voice firm .

"Chairman ,no need to worry , Dr. Simi is already here !"

Once the doctor came in ,she took a few blood samples of the young lady and after running a test ,she once again confirmed that she's Chairman Riddles ' biological daughter .

At the expense of the presence of his "lowlife" subordinates ,he let a tear run down his cheek tracing his jawline perfectly.

"Princess ,you made daddy really worried !

When I found you for the first time ,you escaped from me but now , you will not go away from me anymore !

Daddy will take care of you and give you everything you need princess ...!"He said with teary eyes and passed his hands over her hair tugging it smoothly behind her ears .
