Chapter Two ..stolen food

She was in front of lady Claudia now ,one of the quick tempered ladies in the market yet ,she was sweet .

Still with her head bent down subconsciously ,she twisted her fingers and bit her dry pink lips looking forward to lady Claudia having some pity on her and giving her some food .

At the same time ,she was also scared since she had worn a frown on her face . Probably ,market wasn't good today ,she guessed .

"When will you stop feeding this beggar Claudia ? " Lady Adessa said with a smirk on her face .She always hated the fact that lady Claudia always gave Suzzy food .

"Listen Claudia ,these ungrateful street bitches would beg and ruin up your business and it has already started !

Look at how people are ignoring the food you cook here in the market and how your income has drastically reduced from selling your food ,huh ?

Imagine what people will say if you constantly give these beggars food !

Can't you see ?!

The growth of your business is eventually depreciating because of these street bitches !" She once again said with a smirk on her face which her bushy hair had covered side ways .

"Lady Adessa ,I know you don't like me because I refused to come and wash your dishes for you .

It's because of that ,that you're trying to ruin my good name in this market but I won't mind you because today I 'm a street bitch like you call me but tomorrow ,I will be a wealthy person and don't come begging for my help !

After all ,nobody knows tomorrow!"Suzzy retaliated with a smirk also .

"Oh dear God !

I just hope I finally find my father soon and all this insults will stop !

I will get a good life and also complete my education and finally become an art historian .

Everyone will love my paintings and I will be on all the city bill boards and worldwide billboards !

Everyone will be like ,"who's Susana Jenkins?" and I will suddenly appear in front of them ...!"Suzzy thought wild while looking into the sky mercifully.

"You see ? This street bitch has no respect for elderly people !

I don't blame her ,she has no parents and so she has no good upbringing !

Claudia ,this girl over here will be your downfall by all means , don't say I didn't advice you Claudia !" Lady Adessa continued to throw derogatory words at Suzzy .

"Lady Claudia ,you're a good woman .Please don't listen to lady Adessa ,you know how she's like .She doesn't like me at all .

Please give me some food ,please ...I'm really hungry !

I promise you that once I find my father ,I will pay you every cent that I owe you ,trust me lady Claudia !"Suzzy continued to beg .

In this whole big city of Los Angeles ,she plans on finding her useless father that left she and her mother alone ,huh?!

Perhaps ,by now , your dad is in bed with another lady because he found your mother useless .... hahaha..!"Lady Adessa's words pierced Suzzy's heart to the core that she walked straight to lady Adessa and looked at her with all the spite in her body .

Her blood was boiling with anger and she clenched her fist as her eyes saw red and filled with tears .

"Lady Adessa ,how dare you speak against my mother ?!

You should thank your God that you are an elderly person otherwise ,I would have ripped your clothes apart and tore your clothes into millions pieces like I do to those who criticize my mother !

My mother took very good care of me and in case you don't know ,I'm a high school graduate and I have a place to stay in Belton ,Texas , as well !

I'm not a beggar ,I just came here to Los Angeles to look for my father just as my mother wanted as she breath her last .

I know I will find my father and I will prove you wrong about all that you have said about me !

God helps those who help themselves Lady Adessa , so don't say what you don't know because of food that I'm asking for !

You've no slightest idea about what my mother and I have gone through to reach this stage in life !"

After Suzzy angrily retaliated ,lady Adessa kept quiet and looked forward to serving the customer in front of her .

However Suzzy still went back to lady Claudia and asked her for food .She sold beans flakes with cheese sauce while lady Adessa also sold beef steaks and chilly breads .

"Go away ,I have no food to give you ,you disrespectful and ungrateful street beggar ! " Lady Claudia said in spite scornfully .It was obvious Adessa's words had gotten directly into her head .

"Lady Claudia ,tell me ,if you were supposed to be in my situation where someone judged you unfairly and questioned your late mother's upbringing ,would you still stand there and watch the person do that ?!

Why are you doing this to me ? Is it because I look messy and dirty ? I came clean and requested food from you but you are also been unfair to me by judging me wrongly lady Claudia .

Okay ,if you refuse to give me food then it's okay !

I'm fine with it and all the same ,thank you for all the food you've given me since the last past few days !

I'm still grateful and anyways ,I 'm leaving this market to chase my fate !Thank you once again for your delicious beans flakes and cheese sauce ." Suzzy began walking slowly towards the exit of the market but then she held her stomach in pain after sometime .

She stood there for a while and heard her stomach growl .

Still holding onto her belly in pain ,she matched to Lady Claudia who had kept a frowned face and stole some platters of the beans flakes and quickly ran away with it .

"Hey catch her , she stole from me ...!" Claudia cried out to the security persons at the market and they chased after Suzzy .
