Chapter Seventy six..the secret of the Montgomery's

"Thanks Ida , it's enough to share with my friends ."Suzzy took the meal and patted her back .

"Miss ,the car is ready .."Ben told Suzzy once she stepped out of the house to the parking lot .

"Alright Ben , let's go now .I can't afford to lose a single second of my time ."Suzzy sat comfortably in her Jeep Wrangler .

"Miss ,can I say something ? "He asked while driving .

"You need not ask for permission Ben ,ask me anything you want and please stop being so formal with me .Just call me Suzzy for short ."Suzzy said while jotting important notes down on her stick notes .

"You know ,not all the daughters of big bosses are sweet and nice like you are .God bless you my child .

I just want to know why you treat your employees like your own ,with so much money that both your parents have ,why do you still mingle with poor people ? Why mingle with people you are not your standard ? "Ben asked .

"It's simple Ben ,all the employees are nothing different from me . I've experienced almost all the statical faces of life and I think everyone needs to be treated right because when there's no employee then there's no master and hence no work done efficiently .

Money doesn't change one's personality of being humble to arrogance unless the person wants it to be his main key in life in order to cowardly see themselves as superior than any other person in the world ."Suzzy gave her answer as Ben expected .

"I used to work at the Montgomery's .."Ben began telling his story to Suzzy .

"Really ? you used to work at the Montgomery's ? "Suzzy asked surprised .

"Yeah .It was actually my dad who used to work there as their driver .I was a young boy so I took over my dad's place after he passed away from prostate cancer .I began driving the young miss of the house ,Erica Montgomery ."Ben dived deeper into the story .

"Erica Montgomery ? "Suzzy emphasized .

"Yes Erica Montgomery ,that disrespectful girl .I actually don't blame her but her parents for such a poor upbringing of their child .

I'm not trying to bad-mouth them but the truth is her parents raised her such that anyone below her standard would seem like they are not worth it mingling with her .She was raised with the thought of always been head in everything and so when someone tries to do something better than her ,she tries to do anything in her possible power to get them out of her way .

As a result of this mindset , whenever she needs something and doesn't get it ,she tends to be very furious .When that happens ,the entire house is destroyed by her .

In seven days ,her parents had bought fourteen new vases and home furnishings to replace the ones she had destroyed and broken down ."Ben continued to share his story while working at the Montgomery's .

"Erica's attitude isn't surprising but tell me something Ben ,if you worked at the Montgomery's then why are you working here now ?

What happened ? why did you leave the Montgomery's for the Riddles' ."Suzzy asked with more curiosity conscience filling her mind the more .

"When I was a child ,I used to help my dad clean the cars in the house and sometimes ran errands for the big bosses .

It was when my dad passed away two decades ago that I started to drive for the Montgomery's .

I used to drive Joaquin Montgomery when he was small ."Ben revealed another part of the story .

"Joaquin Montgomery ? who is he ? I've never heard of him before at least ever since I came across Erica Montgomery ."Suzzy said .

"Hmm! you will never hear anything from him because he's not considered a Montgomery .

He is the secret of the Montgomery's that anyone doesn't know about .Till date ,the secret has been kept hidden from the world ."Ben said in riddles .

"Umm Ben ! can you please be more specific ? "Suzzy said as she was getting anxious to know the truth already .

"Curiosity shall surely kill the cat ,you know ? But I will tell you the hidden secret of the Montgomery's .

If you'd ask me ,I don't know why I'm telling you all this but I feel deep in my instincts that you will the one who will use this information very well .Until you find how to use this secret I'm about to tell you to your advantage , let it be our little secret ,alright ? "Ben cautioned and Suzzy promised to keep her mouth shut about the entire situation .

" Joaquin Montgomery is the rightful heir to the fortune of the Montgomery's because he is the son of Rodrigo Montgomery ; the only son of Don Roman Montgomery .

Richie Montgomery whose picture you see all over the news is the adopted son of Don Roman Montgomery ; the one you'd all call Erica Montgomery's grandfather .

After Richie got married to the snake Dulce ,she instigated him against his adopted father and so all Richie was looking for was the fortune of the Montgomery's .

That time ,Rodrigo was taking care of the business in the Asian countries .He returned when he heard that his father had been stuck in bed with stroke .He didn't come alone ,he came with his two year old son Joaquin Montgomery .

When Don Roman passed away ,he left his entire fortune to his only son Rodrigo who later passed away six months later after his father's death leaving behind his two-year old son Joaquin Montgomery behind ."Ben narrated .

"What ? how come ? where was Joaquin's mother ?

How did Don Roman Montgomery die ? How did Rodrigo Montgomery also die ? What happened to the little Joaquin whom Rodrigo left behind ? "Suzzy buzzed Ben's mind with questions .

"My dear , Joaquin's mother died from birth and so Rodrigo's took care of him .

The Montgomery's made everyone believe that Don Roman Montgomery died from a heart attack and Rodrigo out of pain from his father's death also passed away from heart attack .
