Chapter 142.. Hollywood

When Jakes and Eloise arrived home they were surprised to see how Suzzy had slept off like a baby on Dora's laps .

"Mum .."Jakes and Eloise walked towards her .

"Shh ! You will wake her up and I don't want that to happen .

She arrived from school quite earlier today so I thought I'd give her a massage but thank God she fell asleep .

You both should make some time for her instead of always focusing on work , okay ? "Dora said under her tone while she coax Suzzy .

"Let me have her .."Jakes picked up Suzzy in his arms and sent her to her room while Eloise helped with her bag .

"I'm happy that she's sleeping peacefully .

At least I know that her day went well ."Eloise pulled the blanket over Suzzy while talking about her with Jakes .

"Don't worry Lolly ,by weekend , everything will be over .

It's good we are moving to Hollywood ,at least I know that the new environment will make her forget everything that has happened within these past months ."

"I hope so too handsome ,I just want our daughter to be happy and nothing else .

I would have preferred we moved to Chicago or probably , Florida but you know how stubborn she is right ?

She'd prefer to still school at Loyola Marymount University ,Los Angeles than that of Chicago .

Anyways , it's just a matter of four years then we can move to another state or probably another country , a place like Ireland ."Eloise proposed .

After Suzzy woke up from her sleep ,she took a shower and headed downstairs for dinner .

"So tell me son ,when are we relocating ? "Dora asked and this stunned Suzzy .

"Relocating ? But to where ? ! "Suzzy said dropping her fork on the plate .

"Calm down baby ,we are just relocating to Hollywood this weekend for your own happiness .

Your dad and I believe that a change of environment will help you alot ."Eloise explained .

"Oh ! is that so ? It's no problem as far as I'm still schooling at Loyola Marymount University ,Los Angeles .

After all it's only a matter of about thirty minutes drive from Hollywood to LA and Hollywood is also a fun place to stay at so I've got no problem with that ."Suzzy said and continued having her food as the discussion went on .

The next day Suzzy informed her friends about her and her entire family's relocation to Hollywood .

"So what now Mona ? Are you saying that you guys are relocating ? Are you going to leave us and go ? "Josette asked as they made their way to the baseball field to watch the friendly match being played .

"I'm not leaving you girls and going anywhere .

We are just moving to Hollywood and you girls can visit me there , after all it's just a matter of an hour and thirty-three minutes drive from Wrightwood to Hollywood .

Come on , don't behave like babies already .."

"Don't mind Josette Mona , she's acting like it takes decades to come to Hollywood .

Anyways ,which part of Hollywood are you moving to ? "Sonya curiously asked .

"To Hollywood Hills actually ,mummy says it's fun over there with it's amazing tourist sites especially the Hollywood reservoir .

If you girls come for a visit then ,we will actually take a tour around the place .

We are leaving for Hollywood Hills this weekend itself and you are welcomed to the after house warming party on Friday night because that's how grany wants it .

She wants a gathering with family and friends before leaving for Hollywood ."Suzzy explained .

"Wow ! money does speaks . Hollywood Hills is an expensive place to live at since the houses there are more than the national average for housing .

You know ? If we had money like your family Mona ,then my family and I would have moved to Hollywood too but unfortunately ,you know the situation .

However ,it doesn't matter because I know that the doors of your house are always opened for Josette and I ."Sonya said throwing her peanuts into her mouth.

"Why are you guys even leaving for Hollywood ,Mona ?

Los Angeles is fun ,you know ? Though I stay at Wrightwood , I've always loved LA .

Had our finances being stable , I'd have come to stay in LA with my family too ."Josette said .

"Well there's no doubt that LA is a full home of fun and joy to stay however I think I didn't have a problem when my parents proposed it because I've really never stayed in LA .

I've lived in Belton , Texas since I was young and later to San Antonio , Texas when growing up in my teens .

That's why if you'd ask me then I'd like to go back to Texas however I want to school at LMU and so I can't go far away from LA County and it surrounding towns .

Mummy says a new change of environment will give me a peace of mind however now the new headquarters of Riddles Cooperation has been moved to Hollywood from Santa Monica .

This time around the headquarters of Riddles Cooperation is three times bigger than that of Santa Monica's hence the need to change location ."Suzzy explained .

"New location ? "Greg asked with his hoarse voice from behind .

"Argh! just what I needed to make my day boring ..

So what now ? Are you stalking us or what ? "Suzzy rose to her feet and faced Greg who stood in between his friends .

"Oh come on Mona ,no need to be stressed up .

I didn't eavesdrop on your conversation in case that's what you are thinking .

My friends and I just overhead your conversation upon arriving here ."Greg explained .

"Can you just shush ? The last thing we need over here is your trouble so just leave okay ,leave ! "Josette said .

"You heard her ? Leave ! "Sonya emphasized .

"Ha! seriously ? Who are you to tell me to leave ,huh ? "Greg was getting impatient .

"They are my friends ,my beloved friends and if they say leave then it means you should leave because you guys are just mere pain in our necks .

So leave and don't try causing any confusion here or else you wouldn't like to know the consequences of your actions ."Suzzy warned .
