After their call with Arslan, Lena and Dante were still in the office, lost in the silence that dominated the room for what felt like an eternity. The weight of Arslan's words hung heavy in the air, leaving them at a loss for words or actions.

The tension in the room was palpable, as a lot of sweat was forming on their brows as they struggled to catch their breath. Nervous energy crackled between them, fueled by the fear that Arslan's connections ran deeper than they had ever imagined. 

The looming threat of exposure to law enforcement, who remained oblivious to their dealings with the El Lobo Cartel, added an extra layer of fear to their already fucked up situation.
