Chapter 6: Are you done?

After three weeks of running and exercise,she lost some pound and to her surprise, she really was starting to look weight, really and she was amused , though not completely but her features are starting to become dominant, ' I didn't know I have such hazel eyes' she said to herself and smiled.

She walked into the living room with a short dress and Levi looked up from his phone and was taken aback, completely shocked, ' Omg, you look so pretty in that dress and I didn't know you have such eyes, you know, I've been noticing some changes but now, you brought out the big guns '

' Tell me about it '.

' We need to show mom and dad, oh, and Mia '

' Fine but I think I'm contented with how I am now '

' Are you kidding me?, we'll continue to exercise and run till you become slim and fit '

' But we are resuming school tomorrow '

' Doesn't mean anything and you promised, no backing out '

' Alright, I'm so excited '

Levi got a call from Stella telling them to come to the restaurant and Levi told Rosalinda about it, he took her hand to leave but she stopped him.

' I need to get out of this dress first, I don't wanna go out like this, I'll just show them later ' she said looking at him.

' As you wish '

She went inside to change into some comfortable clothes.

'Are you done? ',she nodded, ' let's go ' Levi added.

' What took you so long? ' Stella asked.

' We're sorry, it's because of me ' Rosalinda said.

' You both know you're gonna resume school tomorrow at ' Champions Academy ', we've made arrangements with your uniforms, so it'll be given to you on Wednesday ' Henry explained.

' Okay but I'm seriously nervous ' Rosalinda said worried.

' You don't have to be, you'll be in the same class as Felicity ' Stella said.

' Still...

' Don't worry Rose, you'll be going with me too, it's not like I'm staying home , don't worry, no one will disturb you when I'm there ' Levi reassured.

' Thanks ' she replied and he nodded

' That's what we want you to know 'Henry said.

' We have some deliveries to make? ' Stella said and Rosalinda and Levi looked at each other, they obviously didn't want to go but Levi said 'Just how many? '

' Just two ' he replied.

' Okay, you go to one and I'll go to the other, at least I've known this neighborhood quite well ' Rosalinda said looking at Levi.

' Okay, the address please ' he replied and they were both handed an address .

' Let's see who comes back first ' Rosalinda said.

' We're not going to the same place '

' Oh, I forgot, I think your own is farther, that means I'll be back before you '

They took the boxes and went on their way with a tricycle each.

Knock knock knock...

Rosalinda reach her destination and confirmed the address, it was a nice and big house, a young man opened, she sized him and guessed they were age mates maybe older and man, he was handsome, if not for the delivery she came for, she will take her time to appreciate his features and somehow, he looked familiar.

' Are you done? ' the boy said, his face expressionless, talking about how dazed she looked.

' No, I mean yes ',she cleared her throat and then said ' your delivery '

He gave her money, she gave him change and then she said ' have a nice day ',he didn't reply, he went in and closed the door.

' How rude '. She said and turned back to leave, she slighted her head and thought 'where do I know him?, maybe I was wrong '.

She got home to find out that Levi is there before her and her mother was not there, as soon as she saw him, he smirked.

' Don't smirk like that '

' Why, so much for getting a closer address '

' Why do I always lose against you? '

' Because I'm smarter?, Henry hit Levi's head with a carton when he said that. ' ouch '

' Don't overdo it, you know that's not true ' Henry said and Rosalinda laughed.

' Thanks dad ' she said and stuck out her tongue.

' By the way, where's mom? ' Rosalinda asked.

' She went to the supermarket to get some groceries ' Henry replied.

' I'll be going to my room, I wanna prepare for tomorrow, you should too ' she said to Levi and walked out and Levi followed after.

She got to her room and sat in front of the mirror and started to talk to herself, she thought of what she would say if she's asked to introduce herself.

' Hi, I'm Rosalinda Smith and it's nice to meet you all...

' No, that not it, let's start again

' Hi, I'm Rosalinda Smith, please take care of me

' It not like I'm a patient or their little sister '

' I don't even know what to say '

She went to her bed and rolled here and there,it was few minutes to 6pm already and by seven the restaurant will be closed, so she decided to look for clothes to wear tomorrow, after a couple of minutes, she found the right one, she was glad she lost some pounds and just a bit close to become slim. After that, she decided to go to Levi's room and then she knocked.

' It's Rose '

' Come in ',she entered and sat on his chair.

' What's up? ' he asked and place his phone on the table.

' Nothing, I just wanted to know if we'll be out tomorrow morning '

' Of course we should, why do you ask? '

' You know, we're going to school tomorrow '

' That doesn't matter, I thought you got used to it

' Yes, now that I think about it, I think we should '

' Mom should be back by now, let's go have dinner '

'Okay '

The family had dinner and everyone went to sleep, Rosalinda looked forward to how her first day in that school would be, hoping to be up early.
