In the restroom, Tang Luo filled the sink with cold water and then dunked his face into it.

The coolness helped him suppress a certain urge.

He lifted his head, shook the droplets of water from his face, and felt a bit more comfortable.

Out of the corner of his eye, Tang Luo noticed an additional reflection in the mirror.

Startled, he whirled around to see An Lan standing at the door, "You, why are you here?"

"Ah?"

Tang Luo's sudden turn also gave An Lan a fright.

"I, I wanted to see what you were doing."

An Lan was somewhat nervous. She sounded almost incoherent as if a child caught in the act of misbehaving by an adult.

"Well, what did you think I was doing?"

Tang Luo's expression turned peculiar.

"I thought you were..."

An Lan glanced at Tang Luo's perfectly fitted pants and answered without thinking.
