Jayr POV - Earth, New York City - 2022
"So? Is this enough to prove to you guys that I can bring down the Vought International, Homelander, and the other shitty Supes or do I have to also destroy and recreate the moon?"
After asking that, I watch everyone's reaction and see that Frenchie, Kimiko, and Hughie silently nod, meanwhile, Butcher scoffs and says, "Heh, you only showed us that you can take a beating and somehow heal some wounds..."
While he is saying that, Queen Meave still moves her right arm around in wonder as she gets used to her fully healed arm.
Meanwhile, Annie, the only one who already knew about her previous condition, asks in a genuinely curious tone, "Jayr, how did you heal her arm?"
Hearing that question, I shrug my shoulders and reply, "It is quite simple, it was some simple time manipulation, I just reversed her arm time to before she got wounded, then I moved it forward to keep the overall balance with the rest of the body."
This catches everyone's attention, and Frenchie asks in his French accent, "Wait, Petit Jayr! That means that you can also reverse someone's age, making them live forever?"
I nod, then explain, "Yes, but it isn't as great as it sounds. Immortality is way too overrated, hell, there are countless ways to grasp it in the Omniverse, through magic, science, and superpowers, in fact, even in this world there are ways to be immortal... but in the end, there are always ways to get killed even if one is immortal. Being unkillable, that's something truly hard to grasp..."
Clearly annoyed by our current subject, Butcher then steps forward and exclaims, "Can we stop talking about these fucking useless things and focus on the most important topic?" then he looks at me and asks, "So what is your infallible plan to bring down the Vought International and the flying cunt?"
Hearing that question, I smile and start to explain, "In the end, my plan is perfect in its simplicity. I will simply take control of all the media around the globe and expose all the shit that the Vought and the Supes did, the murders, the assassination, the blackmails, the sexual abuses, the pure cruelty, how they blatantly lied the people to gain their support. All the things they ever tried to cover will be exposed with videos, photos, and internal documents as proof, like Vought's assassination of candidate presidents Kennedy so that former President Harry S. Truman could win the elections and support their agenda, the fact that Soldier Boy didn't ever fight the nazis, the violent incident later known as the Kent State massacre where Soldier Boy travels to Kent State under the orders of the U.S. government and killed several anti-war demonstrators during the shootings, Homelander's hand in the creation of the Super Terrorist, and the flight 37 fiasco, by the way thanks for that video."
While saying that, I see that everyone has their mouth and eyes open wide seemingly surprised by a few of the things I just said.
At the same time, I continue, "And these are just a few of the things I found. Basically, with everything I have found the Vought International can be incriminated among all the other usual shit for terrorism, war crimes, and even crimes against humanity."
At this point, everyone is shocked by what I just said, so much so that Hughie falls on a nearby chair and mutters, "Holy shit... I knew that Vought was rotten... but not to this point..."
Then it seems that something suddenly comes up in Meave's mind as she looks at me and asks, "Jayr, you said that you took everything from Vought's servers... Do you know anything about a weapon with the code name B.C.L. RED?"
I instantly notice that Butcher also raises an eyebrow as he hears that question, so I glance at the two of them and reply, "Yes, I know about it, but it isn't a weapon like you thought, B.C.L. RED is simply a code made from the initial for the name Benjamin Clark Lewis, the true name of Soldier Boy, and the RED is because he was basically sold to the Russian to get rid of him as a newer, stronger and younger Supe was being brought up to replace him, so his teammates joined forces to get rid of him. Moreover, Soldier Boy is still alive today, still being experimented by the Russians that were unable to kill him."
At this point, Butcher exclaims, "Fucking hell!" then after a few moments he asks Meave, "Hey! Do you think that if we free him and help him with his revenge, that American cunt would help us in taking care of Homelander and the Vought?"
But before Meave could reply, I say, "Not really... from what I have read he is as much of a piece of shit as Homelander. And more important even a piece shit could have some feelings for his son."
And once again, a heavy silence falls into the room, until Butcher curses out loud, "Are you fucking kidding me!?"
I shrug my shoulders then I say, "Nope. But can calm down a little and listen to the rest of my plan? After all, I said many times that I would deal with everything."
Seeing everyone focusing back on me I continue, "The first part of the plan is to simply expose every shit the Vought and the Supes did so to put the public opinion against them... But that is just the start. After that, I'm sure that they would try to recover in some way, but from what I know about Homelander, once the people will turn against him, he will snap and will very likely go on a homicidal rampage, right?"
At this point, everyone looks at Meave, the one that knows Homelander the best among us, and sees her slowly nodding with evident fear written all over her face, while Butcher comments, "Damn right! That fucking cunt himself said so when she threatened to show everyone the flight 37's video, in his word, he would destroy everything and everyone because he won't have anything to lose anymore."
Hearing him say that, I nod and continue to explain, "Just as I thought. So just as Homelander starts to rampage further exposing Vought's corruption, I will show to everyone in the world my fierce and hard fight against the ultimate evil of this world taking advantage of the heroes' influence that Vought built with difficulty and much sacrifices against them to put the last nail on their coffin as they are the one that created him and gave him power over the masses."
Suddenly, Frenchie raises his hand and asks in his usual French accent, "Why go through all this trouble to put on a show of you exposing the Vought and defeating Homelander? If you are truly stronger than Homelander, couldn't you just kill him and force the Vought to yield?"
Listening to his question, I think about it for a few seconds before I decide to be honest with them, "It is very simple, I'm doing all this because want to attract the attention of someone else, someone that like me is from a different universe."
After that, I start to briefly explain to them about the Battle Across the Omniverse and the Random Battle, something that stuns them, Butcher even comments with, "It seems like the bad plot of one of those fucking comics..." which gathers a few nods of consent from the others
Then I conclude, "...This is why I'm doing all this. I don't know what kind of person the other Champion is, it could be a good one, or a piece of shit like Homelander... this is why I'm putting on this show and even showing my fight with Homelander. Not only to put a big target on me in case the other Champion is of the less savory kind but also to give the other Champion fake information about my strength and abilities so that underestimates me and makes it more prone to careless action... because in the grand scheme of things, Homelander is a really, really pitful cunt."
At this point, Butcher starts to laugh out loud amused by the words I used to describe his nemesis.
Then I look at him and after thinking about it for a few seconds, I say, "You know, if you want I can even make it so that you can beat him up to your heart's content."
Butcher then stops laughing, looks at me with a smirk, and says, "What are you gonna give me some of that Temp V or something like that?"
Hearing what he just said, everyone but Meave looks between us confused and by the gaze, she is giving Butcher, I realize that maybe she gave him some.
Then Hughie asks, "What is this Temp V?" to which I reply, "Its real name is V24, a modified version of Compound V that was created by Vought International as a result of the unethical experiments that were conducted at the Sage Grove Center. As implied by its name, this emerald green colored serum provides an ordinary person with superpowers for approximately 24 hours."
Looking at Hughie, Butcher, and Frenchie's intrigued expression, I continue, "The superpowers given by V24 appear to be more standardized, with its users gaining powers based on their personality traits alongside a high level of superhuman physical attributes such as superhuman strength, durability and speed, regardless of the dosage amount, unlike the original formula that provides random superpowers that are proportional with the dosage amount."
Then I explain to warn them, "However V24 is still considerably unstable and exhibits numerous side effects including migraines, muscle spasms, nausea, and projectile vomiting. Moreover, its continuous usage causes severe internal lesions, and can even cause the formation of malignant tumors, and that with only 3 to 5 doses. Maybe a normal human in its peak state can survive to 6 doses, but at that point, he or she will be doomed."
At this point, I look at Butcher and say, "If you already got your hands on some, it is better that you stay away from it and treat it like toxic nuclear waste."
And after that, I say, "Anyway, my idea isn't to give you some powers to raise you to his level, but it is to take away his powers to lower him to your level."
As soon as I finished saying that, a new silence falls into the room as everyone is once again stunned by what I just said, at least until the biggest maniacal cruel smile I have ever seen on someone in my life forms on Butcher's face, in fact, it almost looks like the smile made by the Statue of God in Solo Levelling.
Then almost maniacal Butcher says one simple word as he asks, "How?"
At the same time, everyone else also seems very interested in this as I feel their gazes on me.
I pull out a small test tube from my pocked and while showing it to them, I explain, "Well, from the Vought's servers I also took the Compound V formula, and after studying it, understanding how it works and its principles, and a little of trial and errors, I created this, the Anti-V. A serum that nullifies all the effects of the Compound V, turning a Supe back into a slightly healthier, powerless, and with a longer lifespan human."
Hearing that, Frenchie suddenly asks, "Wait! Are you saying that with that, any Supe will turn back into a normal human!? Does it really work!? Are there any side effects?"
I smile and say, "Well, I tested it on Ice Princess, and why-the-hell-they-named-him-like-that Oh-Father. And both safely became powerless but very healthy humans. And the only side-effect that I found that can be somewhat called like that, is that the Supes injected with the Anti-V gained a longer lifespan making them able to live for more than 250 years."
Following that, Anne asks, "Is there some way for them to regain their powers?" to which I reply, "That's the best part, the Anti-V works like some kind of vaccine. Even if they inject themselves with another dose of Compound V they won't be able to regain their powers, but instead, they will be able to extend their lifespan even more."
Hearing that, Hughie asks, "W-Wait! Doesn't that mean that if someone continues to inject the Compound V into his body after getting the Anti-V, he will be able to essentially live forever?"
But I quickly shake my head and reply, "Nope, the person in question will live much, much longer than a normal human is even able to think of, but he will still get older and eventually he will die for the simple fact, that the human flesh still has a limit. In this case, the most it can survive with the support of the combination of Anti-V and Compound V is around 1000 years."
Meanwhile, I notice that Meave, who thanks to her long experience in the Vought International realizes the problems behind such creation, starts to frown as she looks at the Anti-V in my hand.
Then after thinking a few seconds, she seriously declares, "That thing is dangerous."
Making Butcher say in a mocking tone, "Why? Because it can turn all the fucking Supes douches back into powerless little humans who can be easily killed?"
But Meave shakes her head and explains in a grave tone, "No, because it is something that will give many people for wish to live longer a true hard-on. Wars were fought for way less, and I truly fear what the knowledge that something like this exists can cause. People are able to do many horrifying things for such a thing."
While everyone realizes the possibility of what she just said, I nod and say, "Meave is right. That is why when Vought International will fall, a new company will rise in its place to take control of the few Supes that truly want to help, deal with the shitty ones, and regulate and distribute the Anti-V to everyone. A conglomerate where only good people, people like Hughie, Anne, Kimiko, and Meave can be in power."
Hearing that, Butcher scoffs and asks, "Oh!? And how will you be able to make sure that only good people will be able to be in command and won't be corrupted by the money and power that this company will grant them like all the other shitty cunts before them?"
At this point, I smirk, bring my hands together, raise them over my head, and arc them out as a rainbow appears following the path of my hands as I simply say, "Magic!"
Making Butcher blink a few times before he says, "Excuse me?" then I explain, "Simple, I will create a magical contract that will be signed by everyone in the company which will enforce a few rules, like making everyone unable to talk about the Anti-V formula to anyone who isn't part of the conglomerate and deleting it from the memory in case one is fired and all other company secret like that, making sure that all the people in charge are good, and in case they aren't qualified anymore, they will be instantly fired, and other things like that, basically with this contract I can enforce all the rules I want, even instant death in case of treason or forcing you to confess all crimes one will intent to do."
Curious, Meave asks, "Is such a thing even possible? And where will we get the capital to start and maintain such a company, you will need a lot... especially if you want to keep full control over this company."
I simply raise my hand and use my Spiral Cosmo to create an ingot of gold and ask, "How much do you need? I can create as much of this as I want... even diamonds and other precious minerals can be easily done."
This seems to shut down everyone's doubt, at least until Butcher asks, "Why would you keep the Supes around? Isn't better to depower them all and put down the most vicious one once and for all? After all, the only good Supe is a dead Supe! All that power will get in their head in the end!"
I simply smile and calmly explain, "First, that isn't always true. After all, Anne, Kimiko, and Meave still have their powers and they are still trying to do good. Second, your world isn't safe, there are dangers out there, and I'm not only talking about the other Champions and other universes that could try to conquer this one, I'm talking about your own universe because the main ingredient of the Compound V didn't originate from Earth but came from the outside, and with that comes the possibility that there are other civilizations out there, maybe even one full of Supes."
At this point, Hughie pales and mutters, "A-Are you kidding me?" to which I reply with, "No, I'm not kidding. I have seen many universes with settings like yours, and the presence of hostile alien civilizations is almost a constant. So whenever you like it or not, the presence of Supes is needed to be able to protect yourself and those you care about."
Seeing the frown on his face, I add, "And if someone starts abusing their powers you'll be there to stop them with a dose of Anti-V and the support of a company as powerful as the Vought behind you."
Then seeing him still wavering between doing the right thing and letting everything go and simply turning into a rabid dog ready to bite at anything, I come out clean and say, "Let me be clear, I'm living proof that having a great power doesn't mean becoming a great asshole. Trust me when I say that I'm strong enough to destroy this planet with a sneeze, erase this whole universe from existence, and rewrite the very laws of this reality however I like, even resurrecting the dead isn't impossible for me. From your point of view, I'm literally an omnipotent being and could easily impose my will on every single person on this planet and do whatever the hell I want, but despite that, I still try to convince you all to become a better version of yourself, giving you a choice and offering you my support so that everything turns for the better for everyone living in this shitty world."
At the end of my speech, I have some regrets about what I just said, especially regarding resurrecting the dead part, as that depends on the circumstances.
And indeed, Butcher rushes forwards and holds me by my shoulders, and asks with almost desperation in his tone, "Can you really revive the dead?"
Seeing everyone focusing on me, I sigh out loud and explain, "If someone is recently dead then yes, I can do it without any problem. But if quite some time passed then it depends on a few variables."
Without hesitation, Butcher asks, "What are these variables? Hurry!"
I free myself from his hold and take a step back, then I reply with, "Well, it depends. If there is some kind of afterlife in the universe the person I want to revive lived, in that case, it is quite easy to bring someone back. If there isn't, but in its place, there is some kind of reincarnation system, then it becomes harder because the deceased soul gets purified and sent to live another new life, but it is still possible to find it again and restore its previous memories, but it isn't something I'd like to do because it is possible that the revived person would be torn between its past life and the current one. And those are only a few of the methods I know."
While saying all that, I also make some projections in the air showing simple draws that represent the two previous situations.
At the same time, I continue to explain, "If there is no in-universe method to take care of the dead souls, then they fall into the Omniversal Reincarnation Cycle, basically the same as the usual reincarnation systems but the only difference is that the soul is reincarnated in a random universe, and finding it is almost impossible unless one is an omnipotent God or the ruler of the Omniverse."
The funny thing is that everything I'm telling them is absolutely true, this is something I learned when I ascended and was later confirmed by Culture itself, of course, I didn't tell them that the Concepts too are able to find any soul they desire as they are the very essence of everything that exists in the Omniverse.
After saying that, I explain, "Now there are a few special cases... for example, a soul can still somewhat linger in the mortal plane for some time if it has a strong grudge, unfinished business, regrets, or longing, and in that case, they can still resist the pull from the various systems, but if too much time passes and they still resist, then the soul can disperse, be destroyed, or even outright erased."
Just as I'm about to further explain, Butcher interrupts me and says, "Stop with that fucking useless lesson! I don't care about any of that shit! Just tell me if you can revive my Becca!"
Hearing that, I think about it for a few seconds, 'Okay... what to do now... I don't want to start reviving people left and right unless something truly requires it, and this universe falls into the O.R.C. (Omniversal Reincarnation Cycle) which makes it more probable that Becca's soul is now somewhere else in the Omniverse with a new life. But if the soul is still here I can do it and maybe with Becca back, Butcher will mellow a little and even the kid could have his mother back especially considering that he was the one that killed his mother... Well, I've nothing to lose, let's try.'
Resolving myself, I look at Butcher and say, "I'll try. Now take my hand, I need to see if Becca's soul is still here..."
Then I grab his hand and close my eyes to use my senses to search for Becca's soul using the imprint it left on Butcher's soul while everyone looks at me with tense silence.
After a few moments of silence, I open my eyes, let go of Butcher's hand, and with a smile, I say, "You're lucky. Her soul is still here but it is very weak and on the verge of passing on or dispersing."
Then I focus my Spiral Cosmo and summon Becca's soul using Spirit Magic, then I raise my hand and touch it with my finger and warn them, "Better close your eyes now."
I start to use Dark Resurrection to recreate her body, at the same time, I also generate a bright flash of light to temporarily blind the others as the scene of the body recreating itself from my Spiral Cosmo isn't nice to look at, and also create some simple clothes for her, basically plain underwears, white shirt, jeans, and a pair of white sneakers.
Soon in front of me stands the clothed body of a woman around 1.73 meters tall, with mid-length light brown hair and blue eyes, and of course, she looks very similar to the actress Shantel VanSanten who portrayed her role in the TV show, she is of course, Rebecca Saunders Butcher, Billy Butcher's wife.

As I'm inspecting the body to make sure that everything is as it should be, Butcher opens his eyes and exclaims in disbelief, "Becca!!"
He is about to rush over, but I stop him with my telekinesis and say, "Wait a moment! Right now, I just recreated her body, she is like a person in a vegetative state as I still have to bind her soul to this body."
After saying that, I once more use my Spiral Cosmo to cast the Spirit Magic to bind the soul to the body, and in response, the body shines in a pure gold light for a few seconds.
Then as the light fades away, Becca's eyes regain their intelligent light as she starts to look around confused, "W-What!? W-Where... am I?"
At the same time, I free Butcher who quickly rushes over crying out her name, and hugs Becca tightly as if afraid that this is only an illusion, meanwhile, the still confused Becca hugs him back as she mutters in wonder, "Huh? The last thing I remember is that I was dying. W-What is going on here? Where is Ryan!?"
Meanwhile, in the background, I hear Hughie ask, "It's a miracle! He really revived her, he really seems omnipotent... Hey wait! Should we start to pray to him now?" making an unsure Frenchie reply, "I don't know... Maybe?"
