Chapter 1: Signs

It was a normal rainy day in Brisbane, Australia, Bluey and her family were playing indoor activities and games, Bluey lost on Musical statues and it was only Chilli and Bandit left in the game."I'll totally beat you this time hun!" Bandit said cheerfully. "Well I guess I better watch out." Chilli excitedly said. After the music stopped both of them paused at the exact same time. Bandit eventually lost balance and fell on Chilli. "Ouch!" Chilli screamed painfully. "Bandit I think you should lay off the food you've been eating." Chilli suggests to Bandit.

"Alright fine, I'll eat less, and I will now start to make dinner." Bandit said. After a while Bandit was starting to chop the carrots for the soup he's making. "OUCH!" Bandit screamed "What's wrong Deep Blue?" Chilli asks in a worried tone. "I ACCIDENTALLY CUT MY FINGER." Bandit starts to disinfect the wound until he starts having a crave for blood. After he starts licking his bloody finger Chilli starts to get grossed out by this and tries to get him to stop.

"GET AWAY FROM ME FLESH STEALER!" This made Chilli even more confused, why was her husband calling her a "Flesh Stealer"? "Bandit calm down I'm not trying to steal your flesh?" Chilli said in a confused tone. "Swip off!" Bandit cussed at Chilli. Chilli was surprised he used this cuss before, the only times he would use them is when he would get stressed about work, but this is more than stress. Bluey eventually hears Mum and Dad squabbling in the kitchen. "Mum.. Dad.. are you guys squabbling?" Bluey asks in a shyish way. "CAN'T YOU SEE WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ARGUMENT?!" Bandit snapped at Bluey. Bluey eventually starts to run to her room. "Are you happy now "Mr. Alpha" for scaring your kid?!" Chilli screams as she storms off out of the kitchen to comfort Bluey. Bandit felt like everyone was trying to take his shelter and food away from him. But they weren't, he felt like they were against him and he's trying to fight back to protect himself. 

BLUEY'S BEDROOM

Chilli was sitting on the edge of Bluey's bed to comfort her. "Why was dad mean to me?" "I don't know Bluey, he never acted like this." Chilli tries to reassure Bluey everything will be fine. But then they hear Bingo screaming, her screams were coming from the kitchen, Bluey and Chilli eventually ran into the kitchen to see what was happening. 

KITCHEN

"LISTEN HERE LITTLE RED COOT, YOU'RE GONNA BE TURNED INTO MY NEXT MEAL, EVER SINCE YOU CAME INTO THIS WORLD I'VE ALWAYS HATED YOU WHEN YOU WERE BORN AND THE FIRST THING THAT MATTERS TO ME IS FLESH." Bandit starts digging his fangs into Bingo until then Bandit was whipped with a hockey stick. Chilli then suddenly dropped her hockey stick on the ground because of what she has done. Chilli then starts to call 000. "000 what's your emergency?" The other dog at the end asked. "Uh hi my name's Chilli Pepper Heeler, maiden name is Cattle, and my husband was hit with a hockey stick, he was about to eat my youngest child." Chilli explained. "Wait what?" The other dog at the end shouted.

HOSPITAL

Dr. Akea hands Dr. Kennel a paper. "Bandit Gerald Heeler, was about to attack his youngest daughter, his wife whacked him with a hockey stick." "Dr. Kennel are you sure you're going to do this? He may have rabies." Dr. Akea trys to reassure Dr. Kennel to not do this cause Bandit might have rabies but Dr. Kennel refused.
