Mo Rin’s Mistake
Mo Rin had initially intended to only observe from outside of the Thunder Forest as Lu Meili told her not to get involved. Her senior martial sister even reminded her to not go close to the forest to avoid anything unnecessary or nasty.
She was upset when she heard Lu Meili's instructions. Offended that she was assigned as the manager of the stores located in the Shou Planet but could not join when something entertaining was finally happening.
Of course, older people had wisdom and all words coming from them should not be ignored. Since Lu Meili told her not to, Mo Rin was now reaping the result of her not listening.
What if it was her master's order and Lu Meili messed up by exposing herself on the news and ended up being chased by the soldiers.
She could only guess because Lu Meili did not tell her the real reason why she was in the Shou Planet in the first place.
