In the Sixth Dimensional Layer

With God Mitteus beside them, all of the Guardians looked at Spirit. God Mitteus is a God of Spirit after all and the most suitable person to talk to him was Spirit.

Sensing their glances, Spirit went to God Mitteus.

Before, she held this God with so much reverence that she couldn't even think of approaching him. However, after what they saw, the image of the Gods went down a bit, giving her a bit of skin.

However, that still didn't stop them from prostrating.

"God Mitteus, I am Spirit, your chosen Guardian from Ressuim." Spirit kneeled and lowered her head.

"Hm?" God Mitteus was too entranced by the "show" in front of them that he had only noticed Spirit and the other Ressuim's Guardians.

Glancing a disappointed look, the Guardian's felt their hearts drop but they didn't dare say anything.

"You are very lucky that the Godking didn't do anything to you. We couldn't actually blame you all for not knowing and since you didn't anger the Godking, we will let you off."

"Tha-thank you, God Mitteus." Spirit found great relief.

"Now, we can't talk with all your heads dropped like that, can we?" Mitteus looked at them and saw a bird among them. But he instantly recognized this strangely normal bird there which is Death.

"As you command." the Guardians then stood up, however, they couldn't look at their God eye to eye.

Mitteus let them and commented, "That's how I felt too when I'm in front of the Godking."

The other Guardian's looked at God Mitteus with a surprised expression.

"Did our image drop in your heads when you saw us letting someone walk over us?"

Spirit opened her mouth to explain but how could she lie in front of her God?

"Don't worry, I completely understand. However, I want you to understand one thing too."

God Mitteus continued, "Would you let me walk over you?"

Spirit unhesitatingly answered, "Yes, God Mitteus. Our lives are yours and all of our Gods'!"

Behind her, the other Guardians heavily nodded without second thoughts.

"Hm..." Mitteus nodded, "Then ponder the words I'm about to tell you."

The Guardians' ears all perked up.

"The difference between you and us is too small compared to the difference between the Gods and Godking. Actually, you shouldn't even compare in the first place."

Mitteus lightly laughed at reality while he gave the Guardians time to digest what he said.

It may be easy to understand but it is certainly hard for them to accept such fact.

"..."

After a while, Spirit dispiritedly answered, "We understand your words, God Mitteus. We don't dare to doubt them."

"Good. Well, you will soon understand what I meant. I wonder if the supposedly Indestructible Shield is still intact after that?"

His question was the question of all the Gods that float in the dark space like stars. They all waited for Goddess Shiena to arrive.

Shortly after, the woman covered in white veils appeared.

"We have to move farther. The Immovable Shield is still unharmed and Godking will now attack with a little force, he said."

The Gods whispered to each other upon hearing this.

"That Immovable Shield is still unharmed after that!?"

"Well, it did stay intact after being put at the edge of the universe."

"Godking have yet to put force in that hit?"

"Well, I saw with my own eyes that he just casually tapped it."

Meanwhile, the Guardians were still in disbelief. Yet, they were trying hard to accept that what they were experiencing was real.

"I will now put you all to the fifth dimensional layer, try to relax yourselves." Goddess Shiena said before she waved her hands. Cosmic powers acted upon her will and the Gods disappeared.

After a brief moment, Goddess Shiena looked at the Guardians, However, the Guardians felt as if she was looking at them with detest.

"As for you, you will be put in the sixth layer. You're too weak and you hold the law fragments, we can't let any of you die. Godking's power is exponentially greater than before so you may still get caught even if you're in the fifth layer."

All the Guardians gulped.

"Don't resist it." after she said those words, Shiena went to the sixth-dimensional layer together with them.

With a blink of an eye, the Guardians were in a place that overwhelmed them.

There were different sets of time in every inch. Space overlapped and everything was possible. They saw themselves and their future in there while their forms changed into something that human senses cannot fathom.

But when Shiena went close to them, everything went back to normal.

All the Guardians sweated as they couldn't forget how it felt to have infinite power in that instant. Soon, Shiena fixed their mentalities, reforming them back.

"Huh?" Death looked around in shock and saw that he was in his original body.

"How do you all feel?" Goddess Shiena asked.

"We feel..." however, they couldn't put it in words. It was as if everything but nothing happened all at the same time.

"You'll soon forgot what you experienced. In this dimension, you'll have an infinite life and be everywhere. However, you'll turn into an entirely different entity. Although that extremely simplified what's really happening here, you get the point. Now, to avoid these entities in this dimension, you have to stay close to me, not physically though. Even I cannot save you once they caught their senses on you, understand?" Goddess Shiena explained.

With stiff bodies, the Guardians all nodded. Not even Peace could stay calm.

"Well then, we have to talk about something else. It is about what you did to the Godking."

At once, they felt anger from Goddess Shiena.

The Guardians all prostrated as much as they could and apologized, "Forgive us!"

While Death and Destruction shouted, "Forgive me!"

"No, I cannot forgive any of you." the Goddess plainly shrugged.

"We have no excuse, Goddess, give us all of the punishment Your Holiness wants for disrespecting the Godking!" Life said.

Although the fact about Ayensi being someone so high had yet to sink in, they still have to say it regardless.

"No, I'm not talking about that. Mitteus have already mentioned that to you." Goddess Shiena elegantly waved her hand, "You're blameless since we didn't tell you about Godking as his name is too high for you to even know. However, it backfired and that is our fault."

Before any of the Guardians could speak, Goddess Shiena continued.

"Godking briefly spoke to me... You're so low yet you're so lucky..." she couldn't hide her irritation while the Guardians their confusions.

"After Godking is finished with the shield, you will all serve him as his little slave. However, you can only celebrate later and witness Godking's strength first."
