To take it

As the girl remembered the life she lived, one which was filled with danger and a constant tug and war for power of the clan, she exhaled deeply and when she arrived at the moment, she got stabbed to save her brother, she lowered her gaze with tears in her eyes and he glanced at her. 

She wanted to live with her family, a long and happy life, she never wanted to become the head of the clan, she was only willing because of her responsibilities and she didn't want to let down her father, at the time. 

Seeing the fear in her brother's eyes made her regret many things and she sighed then looked up at the guy, who was looking away from her. 

"Is my brother okay? Can you tell me?" She asked and he looked at her. 

"Yeah, they are fine, your death broke apart a lot of things, but your father knows as does your brother, he is going to take a new path in his life, it's not necessarily bad nor too good, is that a good enough answer?" He asked as she stared at him. 

"Yeah, it is a good enough answer for me..." She responded an he sighed. 

"Do you want your brother to come with you?" He asked and her eyes widened as she looked at him. 

"Huh? What are you talking about? You can only come here after death right?" She asked with a worried look and he chuckled. 

"Still willing to protect what you care about even after death, how strong willed, you are right, but you are an exception to a lot of things it seems, do you want him to come?" He asked as she stared at him and her brows furrowed. 

"No, that would just be selfish, I cannot take way that from him, even if my heart wants otherwise," She responded with a smile and his eyes narrowed. 

"I have a question," She said. 

"Go on, this is all a part of the process after all," He replied and her eyes narrowed. 

"What do you mean by the things you said before? I was not meant to be and all of that, what's that supposed to mean?" She asked and a smirk appeared on his faith. 

"Exactly what you think and it sounds like, you were not supposed to be born, you are a one out, you birth was not planned," He responded as she stared at him, not knowing what to say to that. 

"Is that so? Is that even possible? How? I don't understand," She said. 

"It's not possible, at least it was not supposed to be, everything about you is weird, different, I don't know more than that, I know nothing about you, it's fascinating, how you came into existence, which is why I made you the offer,will you take it or leave it?" He asked as she tried to process everything just said to her. 

 The girl held onto her head, which felt as though it was going to rip apart and she exhaled deeply as she thought about his offer and her very own existence. 

"I will take it; I will not let some stupid process decide whether I should exist or not, I am going to create a life of my own, start over and this time, I don't plan on dying because of some fate," She responded with a piercing look in her eyes and a smirk appeared on his face. 

"Is that so?" He asked and she nodded. 

'Looks like the girl's soul is strong enough, she can fight back against certain thig, she probably has what it takes and I feel where she is going next, that's where she was supposed to be, her path has been formed,' He thought. 

"Fine, as you wish, though, you will be reborn, you will have a new family and when you reach a certain age, you will remember this, at first you won't, but you will regain your mempries, do you uderstand?" He asked and she nodded. 

The girl was paying close attention to everything that was going on, so that she doesn't miss anything or misunderstand anything, since she knew she will need it, wherever she goes next. 

"The world that has been chosen for you, is one that is different in many ways, things there are complicated, many things are not as they seem, you will have to fight for your own survival at some point, it's a world where some can rise to the level of abnormal beings," He said as he walked away and she followed him quietly. 

He opened another door and she followed him in, after which it disappeared and she glanced at him as he spoke to her and she began feeling slightly sleepy. 

"The time is near, it's time you choose another thing," He said as he arrived in another opening where the space was slightly different and she could see many different planets around her. 

"Beautiful," She said with a smile and he glanced at her. 

"You know it doesn't necessarily mean that you will gain full happiness there right? Especially for a being like you," He replied and her brows furrowed. 

"There is that word again, it's okay, I will handle whatever comes at me," She said with determination in her eyes and he sighed. 

"These are abilities and classes, choose the one you are most down to," He added as orbs, which were glowing and gave off different energy appeared in front of her and she stared at the different markings on them. 

"Beautiful but I don't feel pulled towards different ones," She said as he stared at her then scoffed. 

"That is going to be harder than I thought, what the hell?" He asked and she lowered her gaze then he chuckled. 

"Maybe you should just give up and let her meet her so called fate," A woman said as she appeared before them and the guy stood before the girl. 

She was tall, pretty, had fair skin, long silky blonde hair and dressed luxurious, like a queen. 

"Maybe it's her destiny to end up like this, she is not meant to be, after all, maybe there is no path for her, don't send her through the process, it's better to just disappear than for someone like her to live an uncertain life, I can do it for you, it's better than to take the risk," She added as she was going to touch the girl and the entire space began shaking. 

"That is not for any of us to decide, you can't just do as you please, it's my duty to send her through and that's what I am going to do, even beings like you can die, if you remember that then leave my domain or you won't get to go through the process either, we are not here to decide anything," He replied as his body and eyes began glowing brightly and her eyes widened as she stared at the two of them.
