After having such a dream, the girl flung up from her sleep, while breathing heavily and a few thoughts came to her mind as she held onto her chest, in the exact part she saw the sword went through and she sighed, feeling a sort pain there and her eyes narrowed, wondering whether or not it was just a dream.

'That feels weird, was it really just a dream when it felt so weird?' She wondered before exhaling deeply and clenching her chest tightly, wondering what was going on with her body at the time and she coughed.

The girl laid back on the bed and closed her eyes, trying her best to go back to sleep, since she knew her body needed to rest a bit more and her injuries were hurting a little.

After a little while of trying, Adiria managed to fall back asleep and this time, the bracelet glowed a calming green, which allowed her body to relax and she didn't get any more bad dreams, in fact it was as though her mind went completely blank, thinking of nothing.

The next morning, when the girl woke up, she stretched off then wiped her eyes before getting out of bed, since she had work to do, due to the events that were coming up and one where many royals will be gathered from many different kingdoms.

Adiria went to freshen up then she got changed and left the room, where she went to the kitchen, to get herself some breakfast, where she noticed a few of the others, that were working with the next lady of the palace, looking at her in a weird way.

It irritated Adiria and she wanted to slam their heads in a wall but did her best to ignore them and when she got her breakfast, she sat down and ate, only to bring a few of them to join her and she glanced at them, while eating.

"Have you considered what I said to you yesterday?" The same bully asked and Adiria ignored her, to which the coo wanted to laugh, but held back.

"You know, I thought about this, I am actually better than you, unlike you, I am not the type that's willing to sell my body for status," She responded with a piercing look in her eyes and the girl left staring at her s her eyes narrowed and the cook chuckled.

"Wh- What the hell are you talking about? Who do you think you are?" She asked and Adiria sighed then sipped her tea.

"I am talking to you, don't get me on my nerves, do you think just because I am new and just beause I tolerated your crap yesterday, you can pick on me?" She asked as she slammed the cup down on the table and the girl flinched.

"I absolutely despise people like you, watch how you speak or you might lose a tongue, I am the type that doesn't give a crap about status nor losing a job, so don't push your luck," She said as she leaned in closer to her and the girl pulled back a little.

"You..." She mumbled and Adiria's eyes narrowed as she got up.

"Thank you for the meal, it was delicious, I have work to do, so I will get going," She said and the cook smiled at her.

"You are welcome, whenever you feel like eating you can always come by," He replied and Adiria smiled then left the kitchen and the bully turned around to look at her and Adiria glanced back at her then scoffed.

After leaving the kitchen, Adiria went into the courtyard and she exhaled deeply, when she noticed that some of the soldiers were training, her eyes narrowed, as she remembered when she used to look at her father.

"I am going to find out what really happened back then, no matter what happen, also my uncle... I wonder if he can help with anything, in order to get information, the position I am currently in will be of no help to me, I have to move up in the royal household and the way to do that..." She mumbled as she spotted the young lord.

Adiria's eyes narrowed as a few thoughts came to her mind then a smirk appeared on her face, for the option she got, was indeed the best to rise in ranks.

"Where is he going with all of that speed?" She asked as she went after him and saw they were heading to Lady Anyel's room and her eyes narrowed.

"Watch where you are going," She said as the young lord stubbed his feet and she grabbed onto his arm.

He glanced at her and their eyes met, due to which he left staring and the man beside him glanced at him and a blank, almost dead expression appeared in her eyes.

"What are you staring at? Do you not have something called manners?" She asked, then released his arm and he chuckled as she walked away and his eyes narrowed.

"Oh? What an interesting girl, let's go," He said as he followed her to the bed chamber of the lady, who they noticed was freaking out.

"Please help me, I have been trying to calm her down hr the past few minutes, but all I got is things thrown at me," One of the servers cried out to Adiria, who chuckled.

The woman threw a vase and Adiria caught it then glanced at the kid, hiding beside the bed and she chuckled.

"My, my, is this any way for a lady to act?" She asked as she grabbed her by her arm and the woman's eye's widened as Adiria pulled her closer to her, bracing her against the side of the bed and everyone left staring at her.

"Please stop, you will scare the kid, let's just calm down and talk, shall we?" She asked with a piercing look in her eyes and a smile on her face.

The woman left staring at her, with her cheek slightly flushed and she felt a shiver up her spine then she nodded immediately and Adiria smiled at her before stepping back, releasing her and she plopped down on the bed quietly, as the others stared at her.
